Chapter - 14 - She Can Get Someone Better!!
Vansh stares at Riddhima as his goosebumps appear on realising Riddhima loves him.
Vansh : What am I thinking ?
Vansh coming out of the zone nervously starts thinking , He rubs his forehead.
Vansh : No, this can't be happening ?
Riddhima immediately holds vansh's head concernedly.
Riddhima : (concerned) Vansh, Are you fine ?
Let me call the doctor once, did he check you up ?
Vansh looking into Riddhima's eyes scared and hoping that he is wrong.
Vansh : Oh no, but This is happening .
Riddhima loves me, I can sense that in her eyes , warmth and affection towards.
Why does she love me ?
Riddhima : I will go and check your reports with the doctor, You please rest properly till then.
Vansh assures her nodding his as thoughts race in his mind, Riddhima also nods to him and starts leaving hesitantly and concernedly turns back to take look on vansh.
Vansh realising her stares nervously looks at her.
After few hours Vansh self discharged himself not listening to the doctor, Riddhima and Anger.
Vansh while wearing hid coat remembers riddhima hugging him on the hospital bed .
He then starts remembering Riddhima's first meet in the cruise.
He remembers Riddhima confessing "Love" to him.
Vansh : Did she really fall in love with me that day ?
Vansh shutting his eyes tightly.
Vansh : No Riddhima is still like a little baby, whom I used to play when we were young.
She just makes people around her as her family and love them, respect them ,cherish them .
She is still like that.
But what I saw today, Is that true ?
Her concern when I was injected the poison, her fear of losing me when I was about to lose consciousness .
Her love when and relief on her face when I was sitting fine and well on the hospital bed.
How Can I see all that ?
After a day , Riddhima was in Vansh's room .
She was dragging a trolley to his bed .
Vansh : Riddhima ?
Riddhima : what ?
Riddhima picking a bowl of soup answers Vansh.
Riddhima sitting beside him starts stirring the soup and blowing the hot soup.
Vansh silently stares at her caring avatar.
Riddhima : Vansh ,Open your mouth.
Vansh staring at her opens his mouth like a robot listening to a command , not realising Riddhima fed him a spoonful of hot soup chokes on the soup.
Riddhima : ( scared) Vansh was it hot ?
Riddhima patting his back puts back the soup on the table and makes him drink water.
Riddhima : ( Concerned, pouting her lips ) What happen ?
Vansh nodding sideways.
Vansh : (with a smile) Nothing .
Vansh :(In mind) She is just like my mother, she loves me just like my mother.
She spreads warmth like my mother.
I wish, I could be with you forever.
But, I know I cannot be with you.
You can get better person than me, who can protect you, make you happy all the time and keep you at peace.
Life with me the mafia, would be difficult.
I hope you stop loving me Riddhima.
Vansh while hoping Riddhima never loves him with that thought he again gets scared of losing her and her love forever and staying alone without any love and family but he again tries to console himself by debating against his fear of losing with seeing her happy.
As days pass, Riddhima's love keeps making his heart warm.
Vansh : ( staring at Riddhima Smiling as she looks at him )I want to ask her when did she start loving me ? I never realised this.
But I cannot ask her, it will only lead her on to me and she deserves a better Man than me.
After some time angre and vansh were going to a meeting and Angre asks Riddhima to come with them.
Vansh puzzled looks at him.
While Riddhima was chatting with some one in the phone.
Person's message : Vansh going to his office ?
Riddhima : Yes, he's going to attend his meeting today.
Riddhima shocked as angre asks her to come in the car.
Riddhima points at herself confused.
Riddhima : (Confused) Me ?
Vansh : ( Confused) Why Riddhima ?
Angre : Boss you didn't tell her ?
Vansh : what ?
Angre : (In mind) Vansh bhai forgot about this .
Riddhima : ( Suspicious) what he didn't not tell me ?
Angre : (In mind) If I disclose about this myself, she will kill me.
The meeting today is important for her, So let me shut my mouth till vansh bhai speaks to her.
Angre : ( Awkwardly smiling) Riddhima just a lunch, Vansh bhai thought we need to go out and eat some good good.
Riddhima looks at Vansh's I don't know anything face.
Riddhima : ( Suspicious with angre) Why are being so nice to me,I smell some Planning and plotting on me.
Tell me the truth.
Angre again laughs awkwardly .
Angre : Vansh bhai explain her your plan .
Angre signals vansh but he still doesn't remember and stays clueless.
Vansh : ( clueless) Yeah we can have the lunch together after my meeting, get into the car.
Riddhima with a wide smile excitedly sits inside the car, making vansh smile at her cute actions.
Riddhima repeatedly asks vansh about where are they going.
Angre : Aristo Restaurant.
Riddhima :( Smiling like a idiot) Okay.
Riddhima : ( In mind) Yayyy , family lunch.
Riddhima chats with some person and the person asks about which restaurant.
Riddhima : (Casually messages ) Yeah, Aristo restaurant.
Vansh peaking at Excited Riddhima from a rear view mirror keeps smiling looking at adorable actions.
After some time they reach the restaurant.
Vansh : Riddhima, you go and sit on the table of your liking.
We will complete the meeting and come.
Riddhima : Okay.
Riddhima walks to the restaurant and Vansh was about to drive the car to the meeting .
Angre : Stop .
Vansh : What ?
Angre : Vansh Bhai , don't you remember what are we supposed to do today ?
Vansh : Meeting with Joseph.
Angre : No, bhai there is no meeting scheduled today.
Riddhima after checking out the view in the restaurant, she selects the table with best view to see from the place in the outer space of the restaurant.
A man walks in and settles himself in the chair opposite of Riddhima.
Riddhima looks at him shocked.
Riddhima : (Shocked) You ?
Person : Yes, it's me.
In the car :
Angre : Today, we are going to make Riddhima meet a Man for marriage.
You have scheduled this meeting two weeks ago.
You have forgot about this important meeting ?
Vansh heart beat slows down as GE remembers that and as he realizes that Riddhima will leave him.
Vansh : (meekly) Yeah .
Vansh : (In mind) Finally, the destiny also doesn't want is to stay together.
Vansh smiles bitterly and walks out of the car to face his scheduled situation.
Riddhima : Kabir, what are you doing here ?
I am came here with my family for lunch, you please leave.
Kabir : ( Smiles) Family lunch, seriously ?
I thinking it's groom's match making interview with bride precisely.
Riddhima : (Confused) hmm?
Kabir : I came to meet you for the marriage Riddhima.
Your concerned family has sent me your proposal and I have come to meet you.
And by seeing you face, I can tell that You didn't know that I was the groom in this proposal .
Riddhima still looks at him confused.
Kabir : I know it's weird that your boyfriend is going to be your to be groom , like a surprise.
Kabir laughs while Riddhima stares at him and Vansh stands still as he looks at kabir laughing and talking to Riddhima.
