Himself. He always looks too in love with himself to have that much chemistry with anyone else. Second in line would be Aishwarya but mainly because of the aesthetics of seeing two really good looking people together.

I don't think there's a costar he hasn't had chemistry with to some degree - male or female. Even Abhishek came alive for a few minutes in Dhoom 2 acting against him. And then there's Tiger. 😆

He's engaged and interested on screen - which tends to make his romances actually romantic and not perfunctory or sleazy even if there's not a lot there on the page or he's not getting much back from the actress.

That said Aish. Jodhaa Akbar alone would cement that - the entire movie runs on buying into their romance & chemistry and it's glorious.

I have liked Hrithik's chemistry with all his co-stars with the exception of kareena. The best would be hard to pick...still, if I've to chose one, i'll go with Aishwarya..
