There were some requests to write more about the bus scene from @Foxii and @vivpri. About what would happen if it was a public bus. So here you go, a short story about it! ♥️ Hope you all love it!

The Pandya brothers and their wives had started for their kuldevi’s temple. Krish had tried to rent a bus exclusively for the family, but since it was a last minute plan they had to settle for the public bus.
Rishta made a face looking around at all the people inside. She’d never been on a public bus before. She walked inside trying to avoid all the strangers, clutching Dev’s shirt. She took the twin seats on the last row dragging Dev with her. Gaumbi asked Dhara to sit with Raavi, whilst he sat with his youngest brother behind them.
Shiva was already outside for some work and would board the bus at the final pick up point in Somnath.
By the time Shiva boarded, there weren’t any vacant seats, he refused to sit when Krish offered him his seat choosing instead to stand next to them.
Rishita fussed over how hot and sweaty it was, and had finally fallen asleep on Dev’s shoulders due to exhaustion and boredom since Dev wasn’t indulging in her romantic advances.
After a while, Raavi had pins and needles in her feet due to sitting down for a long time, “dii, I’ll stand for a while,” she said getting up and offering her seat to Shiva.
“Tu teek toh hai? Kal gundon ne kuch zyada hi sar pe mare kya, itna gracious tu kabse bangayi,” Shiva snickered.
Raavi glared at him, “oye, mein hamesa aisi hi ti,” she huffed turning around. “Aunty, aap yahan baitiye,” she said offering the seat next to Dhara to a middle aged lady who had just boarded the bus.
“Thank you, beta,” said the lady and settled down.
Raavi stood behind Shiva, browsing through her phone.
“Ay MaamiKiBenKiBeti, ab phone pe math guso, kuchh pakado varna gir jaogi,” warned Shiva.
“Bus mein travel karna mere kiye saans leni jaisi hai, tum ye mahan banne ki acting band kar sakte ho,” she said giving him a mocking smile and went back to her mobile.
Suddenly, the driver applied brakes, and Raavi taken by surprise fell forward onto her husband. Both of them together toppled down on to the floor, Raavi on top of Shiva.
Raavi held the collar of his shirt and buried her head below his neck in shock from the fall.
“Uff, kitni kaathi ho, moti,” he remarked even though she didn’t feel any more heavier than a child. Raavi looked up with wide eyes at him.
“Are you both fine?”, Dhara asked leaning over the lady next to her.
“Kyaaa chal rahi hai yahan?”, came a leering voice from the front at the same time.
Raavi looked up to see five men standing in the middle of the bus, going by their clothes and the sticks in their hands they seemed like goons. She looked down at Shiva in panic.
“Aao meri jaan, mein teri madath karta hoon,” said the one closest to them bending down to lift Raavi by her shoulders.
“Ayyy,” shouted Gautam and Dev as they rose up from their seats.
Raavi’s flinched as her mind recalled her experience with their kidnappers yesterday. Shiva, whose head was just next to the goon’s leg, stretched his arm above his head and caught the lecherous man’s leg and pulled it. The man lost his balance on the already moving vehicle and fell on his back with a loud thud.
Shiva nudged Raavi off him lightly and then got up quickly, his brothers joining him.
“Kispe haath laga raha tha, kaminey,” he shouted with a leg pressed on to the fallen goon’s chest, his blood boiling in anger.
“Voh Raavi Pandya hai, meri Patni, tumhare himmat kaisi huyi,” thundered Shiva, bending down at him and followed it through with a punch to his face.
Raavi who was still sitting on the floor, looked on in shock. Dhara smiled lightly through her worry.
“Tum logon ko bi maar kaani hai kya,” Gautam raised his eyebrows and looked menacingly at the others. By then a few other men from the bus had stood up in support.
The goons gulped and looked at each other, before turn and running off the bus before it could even come to a complete stop.
“Agar meine tumhe dobara kahin dekha, vo tumhari aakri din hoga,” Shiva warned the goon below him before letting him run.
Then he turned towards Raavi and held out his hand. She grabbed it and let him pull her off the floor.
“Dev, kya hua? Raavi floor par kyun bait gayi?”, came Rishita’s sleepy voice from behind.
Shiva just rolled his eyes. The bus was relatively vacant now and they were able to find a pair of seats to sit in.
“Mein such mein panauti hun kya?”, came Raavi’s quiet voice from next to him. “Kyun mere saath hamesha aisa hota hai?”, she whimpered.
“Ay chipkali, ro math. Aur apna dimaag itna math chala,” he chided.
“Tune bi toh kal kaha tha ki mein panauti hoon,” she let out a sob looking away from him.
“Haan, mein bahut kuch kehta hoon tujhe. Chipkali, chudail, gadhedi, tu vo sab bi hai kya? Ho tho abi batado,” he teased.
She hit his arms, “Shiva!”, she cried. “I’m being serious,” she said.
“Serious ho? Kya hua? Hospital leke chalun?”, he smiled lightly.
A smile crept on her face, she tried to control it but she ended up bursting out laughing at his attempt to try to distract her.
After she calmed down, she leaned her head on his shoulders. “Ay, meri kandha hai, teri pillow nahi,” said Shiva.
“I don’t care, mein teri biwi hoon na, yeh hak toh banta hai,” she smirked at him.
“Aa gayi teri undar ki Chipkali vapas,” Shiva sighed.
