I suppose it's the way she kisses him? Whether it's forceful, soft, insistent or not.

Like, idk how to explain it. It's their behavior, body language, the way they talk, etc. The kiss is just another element in a whole series of things that could help guide him in figuring out whether she is Riddhu or not.
