So in other versions will they celebrate each other’s birthdays. And will there be any gifts?

I think in Bengali version sai confesses during Virat’s birthday. Not sure how it will happen here. Cvs will bring in their own creativity in Sairat scenes just to increase our BP 😉😁

If I m right in original emon's birthday was celebrated twice . Before marriage emon danced on her birthday in her house where rono was invited.

After marriage she was angry that rono dint remember her birthday thou rono surprise her with party & Cgang also were active member of surprise party , hobo rono' s father sang also I guess & rono gifted a ring to emon. This read in time line.

On rono's birthday emon confessed her love

Yes. In Imon's second b'day Rono even requested her to remove the pillow wall between them but Imon didn't agree😆..

Actually after separation and Anirban's track, there will be Holi, then Fresher's program and then Imon's birthday and then Imon's suicide and then anniversary. So yeah it's before confession.
