Rich in knowledge doesn’t mean anything unless ofcourse conscience comes to play in a person.So that, he/she is self aware and can distinguish right from wrong.. 

Knowledge comes in play when he/she is aware of the consequences of ones choices..that makes them fear the punishment but may or may not actually empathize with others.

one thought is enough if any brain could realize the instability of life and unpredictability of the time which is not in his/her control, then no one out there would dare to even think such thing, performing lethargic and nonsense stuff would never follow then.
