The topic should be whether he is actually paying the amount Jasmin is saying he is? And he is clearly stating that he would be a fool to spend more than what he is making there (some parts muted coz I guess amounts are discussed) to which Jasmin explains that maybe the PR firm sees potential for their own firm (more clients, etc) in promoting Rahul beyond what he's paying.
