No idea if this is a rumour or true... seems like the show is a remake of a Tamil show "Mr. Manaivi"... Fits cause it sounds like a typical Zee show - "The story around the newly married couple as they face challenges and problems in their daily routine life. Anjali, a strong and independent woman, who expects equality in the society, manages her life on her own, while Vicky, who aspires to be Mr. Homemaker (Mr. Manaivi), becomes entangled. The main plot point is this."

Z Hindi won't spend huge money on buying copyright of other language fiction serials airing on non-Zee network GEC's for remakes.

Google says Tamil show "Mr. Manaivi" currently airs on Sun channel, not Z Tamil, so doubtful.

Hope so. Honestly, the storyline of 'Jagad-dhatri' sounds much better than this one. I dont see anything new in this one - will just be the same old wine in new bottle. Just add another ever present vamp and they have ticked all the normal boxes.

Well, regarding the TOI article, Sriti was paired with every unmarried co-star she had to act opposite.. but I have an idea who she is referring to here.. but can’t take names seeing as the actor’s khamosh (silent) fans may be stalking this thread

Good that she herself says that she cannot deliver the trps.. she can only improve the performance.. rest is all on the makers. I for one don’t have high expectations on her after KKB.. it’s all luck.. if you work for a big PH.. your show will be kept alive even if the ratings are low and vice versa for the small PH.

If her show is given the 10 pm slot, hopefully it does well.. am not very confident about the concept, the PH, and the channel..

Really liked the interview and her honesty...It's good to know what she felt about the time leap in KKB also.
