  I don't know, but I think Kavya wasn't completely wrong

  It was wrong to spoil the wedding ceremonies of the Shah family, to try to seize the Mangalasutra of another woman, to keep a father away from the wedding ceremonies of the son.

  And for that she deserves many slaps

  but

  What she wanted from V was her right

  He never make her feel secured, his priorities was his family, he always hesitated to divorce Anu, she need a legal relationship , nobody wants to be called other woman.

And yes V is answerable to Kavya 

The Shah family has nothing to do with this.

In this whole scenario,

For me V is the biggest villain, he can't forever sail in both the boats happily

I have always been of opinion the number and amount of blaming people have for Kavya should also be for Vee... Kavya shouldn't have done Tamasha... But people not minding Vee attending wedding is unfair some tiny miny to Kavya as she should be treated equal to Vanraj, if not more!
