Family's obsession to know where Sai goes?

I am fairly new to the show, having watched some initial episodes here and there in bits and pieces. Just wondering if someone can explain to me what is with the Chavan family's obsessiveness around wanting to know where Sai goes, whenever she steps out of the house?

From what I have seen, all of them nearly lost their marbles when Sai went to the police station to speak to the senior officer to defend Virat. And now recently they all go around flaring their nostrils and acting as if she was going to sell their soul to the devil when she didn't let them know she went to go request Pakhi to return to the house?

Is there something I am missing? Do they not trust her or is this just some crazy control tactic ? 😕

Apparently, the law in Chavan household is that no one, I mean absolutely no one, can leave the house without giving Bhavani their detailed itinerary. 😆I had a good laugh when Omi told Sai that even now he never leaves home without informing Bhavani. I am like dude, just grow up. 😆

So since Sai does not go out of the way to seek Bhavani's permission before leaving home, they take it upon themselves to demean her left and right. They never ask her where she is going like a normal person would ask. The very second Sai tries to answer where she is going, someone starts interrupting her and assumes the worst or accuses her of some crap. Like when she tried to leave home to go to the police station, every time she tried to speak, they interrupted her rudely. In the end, Sai being Sai just got fed up and left without telling anyone anything. 😆

And after returning from Pakhi's home, as soon as she entered, Ninand and Omi pounced on her about her whereabout. So of course, since they do not have the decency to ask her nicely where she went, Sai decided not to disclose anything again.

The bottom line is the Chavani family is controlled by Bhavani and since Sai just does what she wants to do, it really bothers them. If only they treated Sai like a human instead of an animal, Sai would be happy to let them know where she is going.

Sai always takes Usha Mausi with her, god knows why the family chooses to ignore this IMPORTANT fact and pretend that Sai just goes alone.

Even to get normal breakfast food like oats and cereal one needs to get Kaku's permission. 😆

And true for the fact that they all pounce on Sai as soon as she is stepping out or returning from somewhere. Also why does no one in this family have any actual work/job to do? Sab log ghar ke hall mein khade hoke time pass karne ke liye tayyar baithe rehte hai as soon as Sai appears ready to go somewhere? Precap mein bhi Kaku is paranoid as to why the only person in the house who looks like he has a profession of some kind isn't going to work 😆

Family Members = Kaidi

Bhavani Kaku = Jailor

Noone can move even 1cm without her knowing. Even if they stay in their bedroom/bathroom, they have to share why they are missing in action from her hall drama. She keeps cameras and invisible trackers on them to track where they are in the house and outside

They want an excuse to find a way to accuse her or blame her so that's why they constantly want to know where she is going, plus they are backwards and controlling people when it comes to women.

Simple answer is they are all velle people .they do nothing forget about something good or creative . Sleep, eat and badi badi baaten vada pav khate that's it . Now they got Sai so it's perfect time pass activity for them .
