Her last boyfriend use to stay in Singapore, so.

Who is her boyfriend with whom she fled away ? I think she is not loyal to her boyfriend with whom she ran way... She I think arjun is her boyfriend son but she left him for big fish... Atlast decided to come back to KT for his property share using arjun..

Is Arjun really Nandini's son ? Yes arjun is her real son unfortunately

What is point system ? Manipulate arjun.. one of her manipulating technique.. when we call kids you are zero or bad boy, they get offended and do anything for their mother to prove themselves as good boys.. looks like Nandini manipulated her son to her benefit.

Why Nandini came back ? For money ? Yes for KT property, maybe her last boyfriend kicked her out, so she got fed-up and decided to settle down and she knows KTs weakness and he has reputation in public to keep. So she came back for property
