The ten important allegations according to the FIR against Rhea

Krishna Kishore Singh, father of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has filed a complaint against Rhea Chakraborty for abetting to suicide.

The ten important allegations by Sushant’s father according to the FIR against Rhea are:

1. Sushant Singh Rajput, who wanted to leave work in films and shift base to Coorg in Kerala, received no support from Rhea Chakraborty who had told him that he can't shift from Mumbai.

2. When Rhea thought that Sushant will not agree to stay in Mumbai then on June 6, 2020, she took huge cash, jewellery, credit cards, important documents, laptop and medical records and left his house. She also blocked Sushant's number on her phone.

3. Sushant told his sister that Rhea has taken all documents and has threatened to disclose before the media that he has gone mad and no one will give him work.

4. Before meeting Rhea in 2019, Sushant was not suffering from any mental disease. However, after meeting Rhea, it should be investigated why Sushant became mentally disturbed.

5. If Sushant was being treated for mental illness, why no consent was taken from the family members?

6. Rhea took Sushant to her residence during the treatment and he was overdosed. Rhea told everyone that Sushant had dengue.

7. Rhea was not letting Sushant sign any film. Whenever a proposal came, she forced that Sushant will accept the project if she has the lead role opposite him in the film.

8. Sushant's reliable and old staff was changed by Rhea and replaced by people known to her so that she can micro-manage Sushant.

9. In December 2019, Rhea forcibly made Sushant change his mobile number to stop him from talking to his family and close people regularly. Rhea did not allow Sushant to visit his family in Patna.

10. In 2019, Sushant had Rs 17 crore in his account but within months Rs 15 crore was transferred to accounts not linked to him. It should be investigated that how much of that money has been defrauded by Rhea and her associates.

A father has lost his son. It takes time to get out of a situation like this. After a few months he can be more vocal to fight for his son.

Rhea was a very wrong person in Sushant's life. She seems absolutely shameless even now , the way she is asking for CBI enquiry. Her whole family was after Sushant's money. Such cheap people. She left him after extorting money from him. Very greedy people.

Rhea is very dangerous. Why ssr trusted the wrong people. I wish he would’ve talked about his depression and locked everything from money to medical records in a safe place and moved back with his family, probably settled down. So many could’ve would’ve in this case. Rhea his manger and so called friends was only after his money.

What the hell. Didn’t expected this from Rhea

1. Before 2019 my son didn't have any mental illnesses, what happened after meeting Rhea in 2019 ,that caused him one ? - Depression can happen any time. You cannot directly attribute it to a person. It's not as simplistic. For example, Deepika underwent depression when she had just started a relationship with Ranveer. Does it mean he was responsible? Evidently not. She married him and is happy with him.

2.why no oral or written permission was taken,when person who is mentally ill, family has rights on this? - A patient has all the rights to keep his treatment private. One person who is closest to the patient needs to be informed. The patient can exercise their freewill on who is told that information. Sushant was not a kid that he needs permission from his family.

3.doctors who treated him, I feel conspired with Rhea, what treatment and medicine did he gave ? - Doctors are bound by confidentiality. They cannot leak details like that. I am sure they have and will co-operate with any further investigation.

4.if Rhea knew my son health is sensitive ,why she didn't let him get full treatment and why she leave with his all treatment documents, Rhea, her family and her supporters are cause of this - This is an allegation, not a question. Only her doctors can confirm whether this is true. Sushant may have asked her to keep his treatment documents with her because his sister was visiting his house and may be he didn't want his sister to find out?

5.my son had 17 crore in an account out of which 15 crores has been transferred to a accounts which my son has nothing to do with ,all transactions and account of my son should be checked ,how much money Rhea and her family accounts was transferred ? - Goes to show how little his family was connected with him. Sushant opened 2-3 companies and invested in them, and that he did along with Rhea. I am sure their familiy was clueless about it as usual because Sushant didn't think they needed to know that information.

6.why after rhea my son stopped getting films - Not true. He had signed films but the filming was delayed due to the pandemic. There was a pile of scripts in his house.Even the day before he died, he was having a script discussion with his director and writers.

7.my son suhant wanted to invest in organic farming with his friend mahesh, Rhea opposed him and threatned him, that she would leak his all medical documents, but when Sushant refused she left with laptop,cash,credit cards, jewelry,medical documents, pin passwords - Again, this is an allegation, not a question. What is the proof of this?

Rhea didn't let Sushant contact his family and refuse to let him visit me in bihar. - Sushant's sister has put up screenshots of her conversation with him. They texted regularly. They followed each other on social media. How would Rhea stop this? Sushant is no doodh peeta bachha the way his father is trying to portray him here.

After 40 days meme police hasnt done anything concrete and is still investigating people whose role is less in whole case - Who should have been called for questioning? AFAIK, the police is still doing their job as investigation is still on. 40 days is nothing. People wait years. And sometimes it's necessary, because you cannot jump to conclusions and have to investigate all angles carefully.
