On a serious note, JP Dutta, Satish Kaushik, Abbas Mastan, Priyadarshan, Rohit Shetty have all worked with her multiple times.

3 Idiots is not her film. She was not in the poster first but later Kareena got miffed. Hirani then added a small photo caps in the poster.

She was insignificant in Abbas Mustan film as well. It was Bipasha in Ajnabi and Priyanka in Aitraaz who stole the thunder from her. 

Priyadarshan's worst films are with Kareena. All were big flops. Worst jinx heroine of the decade is Kareena.

Now even Takht is jinxed because of her.

They're only rumours at this point. Even if it's true, it will only be an exception. The general trend is that directors don't like working again with her.

Bhansali, Mani Ratnam, Shankar worked with Ash again and again

Karan Johar, Pradeep Sarkar, Bhansali repeated Rani in their movies

Rakesh Roshan, Farhan Akhtar, Vishal Bhardwaj repeated Priyanka in their movies

Bhansali, Farah Khan, Imtiaz Ali, Homi Adjania repeated Deepika in their movies

Ali Abbas Zafar, Kabir Khan, Zoya Akhtar, Anees Bazmee repeated Katrina.

With Kareena, it's maybe only Rohit Shetty who worked with her on Golmaal and Singham 2. But it's to be remembered how hard she lobbied for his films, and Rohit even said how she was pissed off with him for casting Deepika in Chennai Express and not her. She didn't talk to him for some eight months. Finally he offered her Singham 2 and they were on talking terms again.

She doesn’t have good work ethics. I believe there was a pin villa article about this. And on top of that she trashes her own films. She and Saif don’t watch Hindi movies...

Let her wipe Aamir's back in the film.  We know how it will turn out. She did some films with Khan's but she had no chemistry with any of them. She had no chemistry with anyone. The jinx heroine made Hrithik suffer for many years. Once he is done with her his career survived.

No matter what some bitter Aishwarya fans say, it doesn't change the fact that many Kareena´s directors wanted to work with her again.

I think KKK is like Kajol- likes working with people whom she vibes well with, but who dont necessarily push her. Which is fine, each to their own but that makes such actors a little less adaptable to different working styles and so they become limited to their own circle.

I remember watching the making of Talaash and Reema Kagti had said that out of all three- KKK hated rehearsing the most and she would give Reema a heart attack because that's not how she works but Reema said her performance would still be amazing, despite no rehearsal.

On the other hand, Rani and Aamir are similar and love to rehearse so the scenes were seamless.

LOL. Same happened with Madhur Bhandarkar. Chandni Bar, Page 3, and Traffic Signal all won National Awards. Corporate critically fared very well as well. Fashion was a HUGE hit. Then came his ambitious project Heroine. 😆 Aish was suppose to do it but got pregnant so Kareena came in. We know how that film went down.

Aishwarya was kicked out of the movie by Bhandarker because of her lies, fraud, and unprofessionalism. She kept her pregnancy hidden and kept shooting for the movie for many weeks. Madhur found out from Amitabh's tweet about Aishwarya's pregnancy and even then she refused to accept her fault of keeping the director and producer in dark about her pregnancy.

Her selfish, unprofessional behavior caused a loss of crores to the director and producer. Madhur Bhandarker did a good job by kicking her to the curb and teaching unprofessional, selfish, self-centered Aishwarya a good lesson. Madhur made her return the signing amount too.
