It's based on a book by the same name by Hussain Zaidi. Revolves around policemen and the underworld in Mumbai in 1983

I guess they only lured that  Bhuj film. Laxxmi, Sadak, Dil Bechara are anyways fox star studio films so it was easier for them to have it in their platform.
