Devoleena As Grown Up Bondita!!!

Hey guys,

According to the new article in IF, it states that Devoleena Bhattacharjee (of Saathiya and Bigg Boss fame) will be playing the grown up version of our beloved Bondita. Leap is compulsory as child actors haven't been given permission to go to sets as per the new Covid-19 rules.

Although Devoleena is a Bengali and she may play it well but I dont think she will be convincing as a young adult Bondita. Also, Pravisht looks wayyy younger. What will happen now😭

Please give your views!

She looks like she is at least 35. I am not happy with this choice. Even if they change the actor, they need an actor that looks around 45 or 50. 😳

So they really need to look for someone who looks much younger than her.

She can play Saudamani for all I care but not Bonita. Yikes

There a lot of popular show like ours that in some way or the other revolves around children so how would those story line play out without children being on sets.

Barrister Babu is too new for leap, Anirudh had a challenge to help Bondita not to wet the bed. A Leap right now will ruin the flow and authenticity in the story.

Choti Sardarni, Tujhse Hai Raabta and Yeh Hai Chahatein

She looks too old as bondita and sorry to say, she doesn't know acting! Plus if they want to retain male lead, they need a much younger Bondi..like 18-19 age girl.

Plus, they can find any fresh young face for this show like BV...and I don't think abhi koi leap hoga..there is so much.

I want to see Aurra and Pravisht as Bondita & Anirudh atleast till a year.

Leap???Noooo😒😭 hope this is not true. Taking leap would make no sense right now🤔 and devoleena as adult bondita is a big no no. Pravisht looks extremely young in front of her.

I really hope they don't take a leap and find a safe way out to keep aurra. They can bring her for limited time or something and shoot😒

This was my favourite show, if it suddenly takes leap it will be ruined.

But as someone said many shows revolve around children and removibg them will adversely affect storyline.
