If people sit at home and stop the crap that they have been doing the curve will flatten. UK managed to flatten the curve despite the very high number of deaths and being surrounded by highly infected countries.

India's done well considering the figures could have been in crores. If only everyone sits at home, don't do stupidity and behave themselves, the lockdown would actually be effective.  The number of police and army on the road shows how dumb people can be.

Its pointless to blame the government. The centre is going all it can. Its the state governments who need to step up their game. M'tra contributes to 1/3 of COVID 19 cases, but the current state govt is more bothered about continuing their CMship. #priorities.

Expected. There's nothing else this govt can do except impose arbitrary lockdowns. No proper strategy or mitigation plans in place.

Economy is in shambles. People are literary starving, lost their jobs, have no income. It's going to get more and more difficult with every passing day, and eventually people's patience will wear thin. Sigh.

What do you suggest the govt does?
