The article says they have to take everything down before monsoon season arrives. Taking down doesn’t mean demolish. They should be able to put everything back together, no? I’m sure there will be some cost but it cannot be the original cost of 6cr. The only thing that seemed odd to me is they’ve already resigned themselves to not finishing this movie this year and are saying production will continue in 2021. Are the projections for India that it will be in lockdown for the remainder of the year?
Of course it is also possible all this is a very convenient excuse to just shelve it 🤷🏻♀️.
