India Forums Help Center Launched - Page 2

Hi All,

We are happy to announce that its now easy to get answers to most commonly asked questioned about our site at one single place. It will especially be of great help to new users who have little clue on the site functions and about its features. This will bring them upto speed.

Some of the highlights of the Help Center are:

• Members will be able to ask questions and others who have the same question can vote it up so that we know which ones to answer first.
• Members can help us in answering questions and thus helping the larger community.
• It has been segregated in broad categories and we will add more as and when required.
• All questions and answers will be verified for correctness and approved by Admin / GM before it appears on the site.
• Members who are helping in answering will be featured under Top Contributor section of the page.
• This will become a central help page for our entire site.

We will soon be sharing the guidelines for asking questions and posting answers.

We are working on other interesting stuff which we will be sharing with you all from time to time.

Update 13 March 2020

In order to make the Help Center more prominent and accessible to our users we have added the same to the Top of the page.

Desktop:

We have added a small ? icon just beside the search so that its easier for users to find it. 

Mobile:

They will now see Help Center link in the Navigation Menu just below the Fan Fiction link.

Amazing addition! It will not only make it easy but we can get answers to majority of questions members have.

Congratulations for this! This was a much needed feature! I am so happy that the tech team could make this possible.
