What did Luv and Kush do?

I missed a few episodes and am not sure what Luv and Kush did. From all the flashbacks, it looks like they threatened the victim, but did not molest her. Any insight appreciated. Thanks

That is my question also. It's a harassment case not a molestation case. Molestation would be if they actually physically touched her in appropriate rape ext. Not saying they are right or anything but just they are using the wrong word which is in fact making their act look less severe.

I would think it would be more than that if this is going to court and is a high profile case.
