[Next Morning]

        Everyone comes at dining table and start breakfast. Aisha,Liza, Sakshi and Papa are very silent today. They avoid talking and busy in having breakfast.

MUMMY: Kis ka plan tha aadhi raat mein bahar jaake ice-cream khane ka?

         Aisha Liza sakshi and papa exchange look. Other who doesn’t have any idea about it, are shocked.

ISHU: This is not fare... aap sab ne akele- akele ice-cream khaali aur mujhe bataya bhi nahi... mummy aap acche se punishment do...

         Ayu gives look like “I will see you later”. Ishu makes angry face and show her tongue.

PAPA: Vo bobby...

MUMMY: Sirf sach...

AISHA: Mera plan tha mummy... nind nahi aa rahi thi isse liye mene hi Di aur Pari ko ice-cream khane jaane ke liye kaha.... inn dono ne toh mana bhi kiya tha lakin...

MUMMY: Accha ye dono itni badal kaise gayi... jaha tak mujhe pata hai ek ice-cream ke naam se uchal padti hai toh dusri bahar jaane ke naam se...khair koi baat nahi... punishment toh milegi hi...

        They four gulped and look at her.

MUMMY: Doctor sahab ko 1 week tak hume bahar ghumne le jaana padega...

PAPA [thinking something]: Haan

        Suddenly papa looked at mummy with shock. Mummy smiles.

PAPA: Kya kaha tumne ek baar phir se bolo...

MUMMY: Yahi ki aap ko hume ek 1 week tak bahar ghumana hoga...

PAPA: Bas itni hi punishment hai...

MUMMY: Kyun apko kam lag rahi hai?

PAPA: N...nahi toh...

MUMMY: Apko kam lag rahi hai naa toh mein punishment badha deti hoon...

                Papa holds Mummy's hand and said,

PAPA: Aree bobby agar Punishment deni hai toh sab ke samne I love you bol do...

                    All smiles and then in teasing voice...

SAB: Ooo hooo....

MUMMY: Kya aap bhi...kabhi kabhi had karte hai.

                    Mummy is blushing and smiles.

PAPA: Hum toh aise hi hai... pyaar jo karte hai apse... chalo ab bol bhi do...

AISHA: Haan haan mummy bol do...

MUMMY: Tu chup kar...

AAPA: Kya bhabhi... bol dijiye na...

SAKSHI: Bolo naa mummy...papa wait kar rahe hai

MUMMY: I love you...

                Chotu whistles and other in teasing tone...

SAB: Aye Haaye...

PAPA: I love you too...

                     All start clapping. Mummy face becomes red and all tease her more. All complete their breakfast. After breakfast Aisha, Liza and chotu left for college. Papa goes to his hospital. Sakshi go to cricket ground with Ishu for Ishu’s cricket Practice session. Antra went to her music class. Mummy and Aapa are busy in daily house hold work.

                Shree and Riya are busy with reports. Sameer is not there. Arjun is in conference room and busy with files. After sometime Sameer enter in conference room.

SAMEER: Team ek case hai... hume abhi Pune ke liye nikalna hoga, news mili hai ki Pune ke ek warehouse mein bomb banane ka samaan mila hai and waha 2 Death body bhi mili hai

                Vo crime scene ke liye nikal jaate hai. After sometime They reached crime scene and start investigation. It is bit complicated case and waha unhe zyada clues bhi nahi milte. They all are busy in case and time passed quickly.

                    All are having dinner and doing chitchat.

MUMMY: Are haan mein toh apko batana hi bhul gayi...Mrs. Mittal subah ghar aayi thi. Unki beti Tanaya ki shaadi ka invitation dene ke liye.

AISHA: Tanaya ki shaadi toh 6 months baad ki thi toh itni jaldi invitation...

MUMMY: Haan lakin Jo ladka hai vo N.R.I hai aur vo 3 week ke baad wapas London jaa raha hai iss liye shaadi jaldi kar rahe hai.

AISHA: Issi liye shaadi Indian se hi karni chahiye...

SAKSHI: Haan Ayu...Indian aur Kashmiri. Mein shaadi karungi to yaha Kashmir ke ladke se hi karungi

MUMMY: Kyun??

SAKSHI: Kyun ki me apni family se dur nahi jaa sakti....aur vo bhi itni dur...NO WAY...

AISHA: Me bhi Di ke sath hoon...

MUMMY: Tu kaha iss ki haan mein haan mila rahi hai.

AISHA: Mummy jo sach hai vo hi keh rahi hoon...

MUMMY: Beta agar ladka accha ho to shaadi kar leni chahiye... chahe vo Kashmir ka ho yaa kahi aur ka...

SAKSHI: No way mumma... mein shaadi karungi toh sirf Kashmir ke ladke se warna nahi...

AISHA: Di is right. Shaadi karenge toh sirf kashmir ke ladke se hi karenge...

ANTRA/LIZA: Haa correct... Hum bhi sirf Kashmir ke ladke se hi shaadi karenge...

          Papa and mumma look each other. Chotu gives smile.

LIZA: Hum Kashmir aur apne ghar ko chod kar kahi nahi jaayenge...

AISHA:Aur jaaye bhi kyu... yeh humara ghar hai...hum humare ghar ko chod kar kahi nahi jaayeng

TINO GIRLS: Correct 

              Papa look at Girls and thought something and then says, 

PAPA: Tab toh bohat badi problem ho gayi...

AISHA: Kyun? Kya hua...

SAKSHI: Kasi problem papa...

PAPA: Tumhare mamaji tum charo ke liye waha Mumbai mein ladka dekh rahe hai.

          Girls are shocked hearing this. They never expect this so soon.

GIRLS: What??

ANTRA: Ladka??

SAKSHI: Vo bhi Mumbai mein???

AISHA: No way

LIZA: Koi aur city nahi mili...

SAKSHI: Pari dusri city nahi... Kashmir ko chod kar kahi nahi jaayenge...aur papa itni jaldi...nahi bilkul nahi

AISHA: Aur specially Mumbai toh bilkul nahi...

MUMMY: Kyun kya burai hai Mumbai mein...

SAKSHI: Burai... hume toh Mumbai ke naam se hi nafarat hai toh Mumbai jaane ki toh dur ki baat...

AISHA: Waha safety issue rehta hai...aap news dekhte hona...kitne crimes hote hai...aaye din murder aur attacks ki news aati rehti hai...aur phir waha par sab apne kam se matlab rakhte hai. chaaro aur shor... raat mein bhi shor hota hai. waha Kashmir jaisa kuch nahi hai. aisa lagta hai ki waha raat hoti hi nahi hai... suna hai raat ko bhi log kaam mein lage rehte hai... kisi ke pass kisi ke liye bhi waqut nahi hota...Yeh kya baat hui bahala... usse accha huamra kashmir hai... Kashmir is the best...

MUMMY: Tab toh tum galat ho Ayu...

                   Ayu gives confused look to mummy.

MUMMY: Kashmir mein bhi aaye din kuch na kuch hota rehta hai. sab yaha dar dar ke jeete hai...dekh kaise aaj bhi abhi curfew laga hua hai....bas itna hai ki yaha shanti hai.

AISHA: Vo jo bhi ho... lakin hume toh Kashmir chod ne ka bilkul man nahi hai aur naa hi hum kabhi Kashmir chod ke jaayenge...right girls?

TINO GIRLS: Right...

PAPA: Accha thik hai. maan liya... hum tum charo ki shaadi Kashmir mein hi karenge...  

          Girls smiles.

PAPA: Lakin maan lo koi aise problem aayi jiski wajah se tum logo ko Kashmir chod kar Mumbai jaana pada toh kya karogi tum charo...

          Girls are quiet for sometimes and exchange look.

ANTRA: Agar aisi koi problem aayi bhi toh Mumbai ke allawa aur bohat se city hai jaha hum jaa sakte hai.

SAKSHI: Aur waise bhi aise koi problem aayegi hi nahi...aur aa bhi gayi to Aapne hi sikhaya hai ki problems se bhagna nahi chahiye usse solve karna chahiye to hum vo problem solve karenge aur yaha Kashmir mein hi rahenge

AAPA: Tab toh bhabhi apko abhi se ladkiyo ke liye ladka dhundhna shuru kar dena chahiye...

ANTRA: Aapa abhi se nahi...

          Aapa smiles. we all continue our dinner.

[MUMMY-PAPA’s ROOM]

          Mummy and papa are sitting on bed and discussing something.

MUMMY: Mujhe toh kuch samj nahi aa raha...kaise samjaun ladkiyo ko...yeh toh kabhi kabhi bohat ziddi ho jaati hai aur shaadi ki baat pe toh bohat hi zyada ziddi...kuch nahi sunti hai....

PAPA: Apko kuch bhi karne ki zaroorat nahi hai... jo hona hoga vo hokar rahega... aap sirf iss baat ki tension lijiye ki Sakshi aur Aisha shaadi ke baad kaise rahegi... aap janti hai na dono ek-dusre ke bina nahi reh sakti... Aisha sakshi ki parchaayi hai...pura din chahe jitna bhi ladle, masti kare yaa gussa ho jaaye lakin dono ka din ek dusre ke bina nahi bit pata aise mein kaise rahegi ekdusre se dur ekdusre ke bina...

MUMMY: Pata nahi... mujhe toh kuch samj nahi aa raha humari betiyon ki kismat mein kya likha hai.

                     Papa’s phone starts ringing. Papa picks the call.

PAPA: Thik hai mein bas abhi aaya...

                     Papa disconnects the call.

MUMMY: Kya hua? itni raat ko apko kaha jaana hai?

PAPA: Hospital... ek emergency aa gayi hai toh jaana padega...

MUMMY: Abhi...

PAPA: Haan...

                    Papa gets ready but mummy is tensed.

MUMMY: Jaana zaroori hai kya? Bahar ka mahol bhi theek nahi hai...news dekhi naa apne...kuch terrorist abhi bhi pakde nahi gaye hai...abhi bhi curfew hai aur aise mein itni raat ko...

PAPA: Tum pareshan mat ho mein thodi der mein aa jaunga...

          Papa takes his bag.

PAPA: Tum so jaao...

         Mummy nods and papa left for hospital.

         This side we all brother and sisters are gathered in Antra di’s room.

ANTRA: Toh sab fixed hai right...

SAB: Yes...

SAKSHI: Koi bhi mummy-papa ko humare plan ke bare mein kuch nahi batayega (looking at Aapa) koi bhi nahi matlab koi bhi nahi...

AISHA: Aapa sun rahe ho na aap Di ne kya kaha ki kisi ko kuch nahi bata na...

AAPA: Haan toh tum logo ko kya lagta hai mein sab kuch bata deti hoon...

SAB: Haan...

                  Aapa glared at everyone but lastly makes face because they are right. She always reveals secretes.

AAPA: Thik hai mein iss baar kisi ko kuch nahi bataungi... Allah kasam...

         Aisha and Ishu look at each other and wink.

ISHU: Allah ki kasam kyun kha rahe ho? aap apne bachchan sahab ki kasam khaiiye naa...

AAPA: dhatt...

               Aapa start blushing.

AISHA: Blush baad mein karna Aapa...pehle khaiiye kasam apne amitabh bachchan ki...

AAPA: Haan...

AISHA: Boliye...

AAPA [with blushing]: Unki kasam...

                Aisha thinks to tease her more so she asks,

AISHA: Kis ki kasam?

AAPA: Humare unki...

AISHA: Lakin kis ki...

                  Everyone starts laughing seeing Aapa’s red face.

AAPA: Sakshi bolo isse hum kis ki baat kar rahe hai...

SAKSHI: Kis ki Aapa?

                       Aapa give hard look and Aisha and sakshi hi-fi with each-other.

AAPA: Kya aap log bhi...

AISHA: Toh boliye naa naam...

AAPA: Hume sharam aati hai...

                      All laughs.

AISHA: Aapa aap bol rahi hai yaa nahi...

AAPA: bachchan sahab ki kasam...

AISHA: Kya kaha zara zor se bolo na Aapa... kuch sunayi nahi diya...

ANTRA: Ayu bas bhi karo ab...

AISHA: Lakin di...

ANTRA: Ayu...

                         Ayu makes face and looked at Aapa and give “I will not leave you so easily next time” Look.

ANTRA: Toh kal subah sab jaldi uth kar apne apne kaam mein lag jayenge...

SAB: Okay...

ANTRA: Toh chalo ab sab so jaao... kal jaldi uthna hai...

ANTRA: Good night...

SAB: Good night...

[MUMBAI]

[MALHOTRA HOUSE]

             After hectic Day all come back to home. All are very tired so went to their respective room and get fresh. After that they comes at dining table. Kirti serves them and all start dinner.

[KASHMIR]

[HOSPITAL]

          Papa comes at hospital. There are two men. One man is injured. Papa sees injured man and he got that something is fishy. Papa gets confused. He brushes up all thoughts and asks that man...

PAPA: Goli lagi hai...

1st TERRORIST: Haan...haan Vo gun...

2nd TERRORIST: Gun saaf karte karte Galati se lag gayi...

                Papa looked at wound and looked at them with confusion.

PAPA: Choat ko dekh kar lag raha hai ki goli kaafi time pehle lagi hai... jab goli lagi tabhi aana chahiye tha...blood bhi zyada beh gaya hai...

1st TERRORIST: Nahi...abhi abhi lagi hai.

PAPA: lakin...

2nd TERRORIST: Tum apne kaam se kaam rakho... jyada sawal mat karo...

                 Papa see second terrorist. Now papa is sure that dono juth bol rahe hai and ho naa ho they are terrorists. He nods slightly then turns and goes to the table where all injections and medicine are kept. Papa calls someone and put phone on table. Then take injection and go Near that injured man.

PAPA: Nind ka injection hai...lagana padega... goli nikalte time dard (pain) naa ho isse liye

1ST TERRORIST: Nahi injection ki koi zaroorat nahi hai... Mein seh lunga...Tum goli nikalo

PAPA: dekho bohat dard hoga

2ND TERRORIST: Isne bola naa yeh seh lega...Dekho doctor apna kaam karo aur goli nikalo...

                    Papa nods. Soon Army’s jeep reached outside the hospital and army officers start taking positions around hospital. Some army officers stealthily enter in hospital. One officer gives order to others.

OFFICER: Soldiers left...

                    Some officers go in left direction.

OFFICER: Soldiers right...

                   Some officers go in right direction. This side papa remove bullet and apply bandage on wound. Army officers enter in that treatment room and took that terrorist on gun point. Seeing army officers Terrorist said to papa...

2nd TERRORIST: Gaddar... dhokebaaz... ilaaj ke Bahane tune...

PAPA: Bahane nahi...ek doctor Hone Ke naate Tumhare dost ka ilaaj kiya hai aur Ab ek sacche Kashmiri hone ke naate tum logo ko tumhari sahi jagah pohcha raha hoon (to army officers) arrest kar lo Inko officers...

1st TERRORIST: Bohat galat kiya doctor...chodunga nahi tujhe...iss ka anjam (result) bohat jald samne aayega... doctor...

                    Officers arrest them and bring them out of the hospital. Papa becomes upset and tensed. He also comes out. Seeing papa terrorist again threatened him.

1st TERRORIST: Chodenge nahi tujhe doctor...chodenge nahi...

2nd TERRORIST: Bohat galat kiya tune....

1st TERRORIST: Bohat dard milega tumhare parivaar ko...tum jante nahi ho kis se panga liya hai tune... bohat bura anjam hoga iska...

          Officers Make them sit in jeep and soon jeep gets disappeared but terrorist’s threat still ringing in papa’s ears. He is tensed. One officer comes and breaks his trance.

OFFICER: Thank you doctor sahab...

PAPA: Are yeh toh mera farz tha...

OFFICER: Doctor sahab mein abhi apke ghar ke liye security lagvata hoon...

PAPA: Nahi officer...iss ki koi zaroorat nahi hai.

OFFICER: Lakin doctor sahab...

PAPA: Nahi officer... mene jo kiya vo ek sacche aur imaandar kashmiri ke naate kiya hai...mujhe aur mere parivaar ko security ki koi zaroorat nahi hai... waise bhi kal humari 25th anniversary hai aur mein apne parivaar ke saath usse sukoon se manana chahta hoon...aise mein security and all... Aap samj rahe hai naa

OFFICER: Jesa aap chahe.. apko aur Bhabhi ji ko advance mein “Happy Anniversary”

PAPA: Thank you very much...

OFFICER: Chaliye me apko ghar chod deta hoon...

PAPA: Are nahi me chala jaunga...agar ghar walo ne mujhe apke sath dekh liya toh unhe sab batana padega...waise bhi apni jagah hai aur sab log apne hi hai me chala jaunga...

OFFICER: Doctor sahab phir bhi ek baar...

PAPA: Aapne keh diya itna hi bohat hai...ab mein chalta hoon...

                    Papa Shakes hand with that officer and orders watchmen to close the Main door of hospital and went back to home. Mummy is in garden and she is waiting for papa. She is looking tensed.

MUMMY: Pata nahi kyun bohat ajib sa lag raha hai...Hey shiv ji raksha kijiyega...

                         Mummy is getting tensed by each passing moment. It’s around 12 AM and mummy's phone rings. She smiles seeing name on phone and pick the phone.

MAMI: Didi... Kasi hai aap...

MUMMY: Me thik hoon Reshma...tum Kesi ho aur sumit kaisa hai?

MAMI: Vo bhi thik hai. Jiju aur bacche kaise hai?

MUMMY: Tumhare Jiju aur bacche bhi thik hai.

MAMI: Happy anniversary Didi...

MUMMY: Thank you Reshma...

MAMI: Jiju kaha hai...

MUMMY: Vo hospital gaye hai...

MAMI: Abhi...itni raat ko...

MUMMY: Haan ek emergency aa gayi thi...

MAMI: Unhe bhi meri aur se wish kar dijiyega...

MUMMY: Thik hai... sumit kaha hai... vo apni behen ko wish nahi karega...

MAMI: Haan ek minute deti hoon...

                    Mami Gives phone to mama.

MAMA: Kasi ho Didi...

MUMMY: Mein thik hoon. tu kaisa hai? kabhi Phone nahi karta aur phone karo to milta Bhi nahi hai.

MAMA: Didi aap janti ho naa mera kam...

MUMMY: Haan iss liye daant nahi rahi hoon...

MAMA: Happy anniversary Didi...

MUMMY: Thank you...

MAMA: Jiju ko bhi bol dijiyega...

MUMMY: Haan mein unse bhi keh dungi

MAMA: Ab mein rakhta hoon. Kal baat karenge.

MUMMY: Good night...

MAMA: Goodnight...

                            Mummy Disconnects the call and papa also comes. Mummy sees him but he is lost in his thoughts.

MUMMY: Kya hua...kya soch rahe hai.

                    Papa Come out of thoughts and looked at mummy. He smiles and said,

PAPA: Soch raha hoon ki tum mujhe kya gift dogi...

                          Mummy Look him with confusion. He smiles.

PAPA: Are bhai aaj humari 25th anniversary hai na...

                   Mummy looks at him because she feels something.

MUMMY: Aur koi baat toh nahi hai na?

PAPA: Hai naa...

                         Mummy Look him...

PAPA: soch raha hoon ki kal tumhe pehle shopping pe Leke chalu phir movie pe. Uske baad lunch bhi bahar hi karenge aur lunch ke baad daal lake ki ser... Uske baad star cafe mein kehwa aur end mein dinner kar ke ayenge. Toh chalogi na mere sath full day date pe?

                   Mummy smiles and nods in yes. Papa take sigh of relief seeing mummy's smile.

PAPA: Happy anniversary bobby...

MUMMY: Happy anniversary raj...

                  They hugged each-other.

MUMMY: Ab Chaliye...

                                  Papa nods and mummy papa go to their room. Papa gets fresh up and sits on bed. He looks at watch and then at door. He is confused.

PAPA: Kya baat hai aaj bacche hume wish karne nahi aaye...

MUMMY: Shayad bhul gaye honge...

PAPA: Baki sab ka pata nahi lakin sakshi aur aisha humari anniversary bhul jaaye yeh toh impossible hai.

MUMMY: Vo bhi hai.

PAPA: Lagta hai kuch toh khichadi pakk rahi hai.

MUMMY: Vo jo bhi ho abhi so jaiiye... kal pata chal jayega...

PAPA: Haan...

MUMMY: Good night...

PAPA: Good night...

                           Mummy Turns off the lights and they drift into sleep soon.

                      This side one white colour van stops near gate of kaul house. Van stops at the gate for sometimes and then driver start the van and get disappeared in darkness.

[NEXT MORNING]  

          In Morning Mummy wakes up early and go to shivji’s temple. Noor Aapa comes and starts preparing breakfast for everyone.Sometime later all (without papa) comes in living room. Chotu get busy with newspaper. Ishu is busy with game and girls help Aapa in kitchen. All have breakfast and as per plan went to their respective works. 

               Here mummy reaches shivji’s temple.

[TEMPLE]

                            Mummy did some pooja and then prays,

MUMMY: hey shivji... aaj humari shaadi ke 25 saal ho chuke hai. apne hume itni khushiyan di hai ki ab kuch aur maang ne ki zaroorat hi nahi hai. bas aise hi apna ashirwad humare parivaar par banaye rakhna... mere pati aur baccho pe kabhi koi muskile aane mat dena...

                     Mummy sits there sometime. This side Antra di and Ishaan went to gift shop and start selecting gifts. Aisha and Noor Aapa went to buy cake and some desserts. Sakshi, Chotu and Liza went to buy stuffs for decoration. Sometime later Mummy went to gift shop. One man is standing outside the shop.

MAN: Good Morning BhabhiJaan

MUMMY: Good Morning Bhai sahab...

MAN: Apka hi wait kar raha tha... aaiiye apne jo gift order kiya tha vo aa gaya hai.

                           Man opens shop and they enter in shop. Sometime man comes with one box.

MAN: yeh lijiye BhabhiJaan...check kar lijiye

                Mummy opens the box and smiles. It’s a pocket watch.

                Mummy   becomes very happy seeing this.

MUMMY: Thank you very much Bhai sahab... yeh bohat accha hai...thank you very much ki apne meri request se yeh special order kar ke itni jaldi mujhe diya

MAN: yeh toh humara Farz hai BhabhiJaan... apne jaisa kaha tha waisa hi hai... Ashok Bhaijaan khush ho jaayenge

                Mummy nods. After paying money Mummy went to house.

                  At home papa wakes up and looks around. Mummy is nowhere in room. Papa got fresh up and come near dressing table. He saw one letter and tulip on table. He picks tulip and letter. One big smile crept on his lips. He starts reading letter.

LETTER:

Good morning Raj...

Happy 25th anniversary...

Aaj se thik 25 saal pehle apne mujhe Zindagi ki sab se badi khushi di thi mujhse shaadi kar ke...maine socha bhi nahi tha ki apke sath shaadi ke 25 saal aise bitenge ki bas kal hi ki baat hai jab humne sath phere liye hai... apke aane se meri Zindagi badal gayi hai. Apke sath ye 25 years kaise bit gaye pata hi nahi chala... apne humari iss choti si duniya mein itna pyaar bhar diya hai naa ki ab chahe moat bhi aa jaaye koi ghum nahi... bas Bhagwaan (god) se yahi prathna (pray) hai ki humari ye Zindagi mein aise hi khushiyan rahe...humara sath aise hi bana rahe...

        Kuch jyada hi emotional kar diya naa apko...chalo isse baat pe ek shyari ho jaaye...

Tanha thi iss duniya ki bheed mein,

Socha koi nahi meri taqdeer mein,

Ek din aap ne pyaar se hath badhaya,

Toh laga kuch khass tha hathon ki lakeer mein

                          Papa shouted mummy’s name but he didn’t get any answer.

PAPA: Geeta... Geeta... kahan ho...

                          Papa comes out of room.

PAPA: Geeta...

                        Papa comes downstairs and comes in living room.

PAPA: Geeta kaha ho tum...

                    Papa looks around but no one is there.

PAPA: Noor...Antra...baccho...kaha ho bhai sab ke sab...

                  But no one comes. Papa gets confused and check kitchen once. He again comes in living room.

PAPA: Hmm... lagta hai sab humare liye surprise ki preparation kar rahe hai... lakin Geeta kaha hai...

                     Papa remembers letter.

PAPA: Hmm... lagta hai Geeta bhi koi surprise lene gayi hogi...tabhi vo kahi dikhayi nahi de rahi...chalo ashok ready ho jaao sab ke surprise ke liye...

                     Papa smiles and went to dining table. He saw his favourite breakfast on table. He becomes so happy and has his breakfast. After having breakfast he takes his kehwa and comes in living room and start reading news paper. After 15-20 minutes doorbell rings.

PAPA: Lagta hai sab log aa gaye...

                            Papa happily went to door and opens it. Papa see everywhere outside but there is no one. Papa gets confused and turns to close the door but he stops seeing one gift box on floor. He picks it and look towards main gate of house. Mummy is coming. Papa smiles and comes in garden.mummy also gives smiles. papa shows her gift and signals her “did she buy this gift for him?” Mummy nods in no. Same time other also reached there and see papa in garden. They all give smile him and he also smiles. Papa looks at gift and start unwrapping it. As soon as he unwrapped the gift and opens the box one big sound comes and all get scared. All look at papa side and freeze on step.Mummy also got a shock and standing numb there.

                          For sometime all are standing numb on their position. All can’t understand what happen just a second ago. Mummy realise what happen and run towards garden.Other brother sisters also come in sense and run towards garden. All see that papa is lying on ground and there is fire surrounding him. Mummy screams painfully and loudly and fall on her keens and sits there on ground. Her head hit with bench and blood start oozing from her head. Ishu get scared and balloons flew away from his hand. Desserts and cake fall on ground from Aisha’s and Aapa’s hand. Sakshi is looking at papa without blinking eyes. Chotu hold Liza, as Liza almost fall on ground seeing scene in front of her. Hearing blast sound some other people also comes there. One of them calls police and ambulance. Soon police’s jeep and ambulance comes. Antra Di suggest Aisha and Aapa to stay at home because Liza and Ishu are very scared seeing blast and papa. Antra Di, Sakshi, Chotu and Mummy went in ambulance.

 [AT HOSPITAL]

                     Others reached at hospital. Ward boy comes and takes papa in hospital. Chotu and Di go with them. Mummy comes out of ambulance and looks around. Sakshi goes near her.

SAKSHI: Mumma chalo...

                     Sakshi makes her walk and takes her in hospital. Doctor takes papa in Operation Theater. Sakshi, Di, Chotu and Mummy are standing in hospital’s corridor. One nurse comes there.

NURSE: yeh apki mother hai?

ANTRA DI: Ji

NURSE: Inke sar pe bhi choat lagi hai...mein inko patti laga deti hoon

SAKSHI: Ji aap le jaiiye.

                Officers take some statement and left the hospital for further investigation. Nurse takes mummy with her. Trio are waiting outside OT. Sakshi’s phone starts ringing. Aisha’s name is flashing on screen. Sakshi looks at Di once and then picks up the phone.

AISHA: Di kya hua? Kya kaha doctor ne? Kaise hai papa?

SAKSHI: doctor ne abhi kuch kaha nahi hai...operation theater mein hai...

AISHA: Operation theater?

SAKSHI: Haan Ayu...sun Ayu tu waha Ishu aur Liza ka dhyan rakh...dono dar gaye hai...Mein tumhe call karungi jaise hi kuch pata chalta hai

AISHA: Di Mumma ne kuch bola?

SAKSHI: Nahi Ayu...Mummy kuch bol hi nahi rahi hai... pata nahi unke man mein kya chal raha hai...

AISHA: Di sab theek ho jayega naa?

SAKSHI: haan Ayu sab theek ho jayega...tum apna...lizu aur ishu ka dhyan rakho

                They disconnect the call. Antra put hand on sakshi’s shoulder. Sakshi see her with teary eyes. Di nods in no.

ANTRA DI: tumne abhi abhi kaha na sab theek ho jayega...

                Sakshi nods. Doctor comes out of operation theater. Chotu, sakshi and Antra run towards him.

ANTRA DI: Doctor kaise hai papa? Hum dekh sakte hai kya unhe?

                      Doctor said nothing.

CHOTU: boliye na doctor...Papa theek hai naa?

DOCTOR: I am sorry...He is...He is no more.

                    This the death sentence for trio. Antra Di and sakshi Holds each-other’s hand to get support to stay. Chotu is standing numb without any expression on face. Tears automatically roll down on their cheeks.

DOCTOR: Aap please chaliye mere sath...

                    Trio looks each other and then go with doctor. Doctor takes them in OT. They see papa lying on bed lifeless.Man who is full of life is now lying lifeless. He is life of kaul family. Trio remembering his smiling face. They can’t control their tears. Antra Di gathers the strength and asks doctor,

ANTRA DI: Doctor inka face...

DOCTOR: Blast ki wajah se inka face bigad gaya hai.

SAKSHI (Shattered voice): Phir aap kaise keh sakte hai ki yeh humare papa hai...Hum nahi mante ki yeh humare papa hai...aap humare sath aisa majak kaise kar sakte hai? Humare papa bilkul theek hai samje Aap...Di chalo aap yaha se...

                Di stops her and looked at her.

ANTRA DI: Sakshi...

SAKSHI: Di yeh doctor juth bol rahe hai... papa bilkul theek hai... vo humare sath aisa nahi kar sakte... vo humse kitna pyaar karte hai... hume aise chodke nahi jaa sakte vo

                     Di nods in no and hold her hand.

DOCTOR: Aap yeh kuch samaan dekh lijiye...

                Chotu holds tray given by doctor. He looks into tray and looked at Di. Di nods in yes and he first picks chain. It’s papa’s chain. Then he picks watch. How can he forget that watch? Chotu gifted it to him on his birthday. Chotu’s hand starts shivering. He put the tray aside and run out from OT. Doctor looks at Antra Di. Di nods in yes and confirm that this all things belongs to Papa.

DOCTOR (to Nurse): Inka naam aur time of death note karo.

NURSE: Name Ashok kaul. Time of death 10:25 AM.

                Di and Sakshi looked at Papa. Nurse covers his face with white sheet. Sakshi starts crying seeing this. Di’s vision also becomes blurry due to tears. Sakshi and Di come out from OT. Di look around, chotu is not there.

ANTRA DI: Sakshi tu Aapa ko call karke bula le mein Chotu ko dekh ke aati hoon

                Sakshi who is crying and in shock just manage to nod in yes. Di went to find chotu. Sakshi calls Aapa. Aapa picks the phone.

AAPA: Tere hi call ka wait kar rahe the...kaise hai Doctor sahab?

SAKSHI: Aapa aap sab ko leke hospital aa jaauo

AAPA: Doctor Sahab ko hosh aa gaya kya?

SAKSHI: Aapa... (She stops) Aapa please aap sab ko leke yaha aa jaauo

                She disconnects the call and sits there on chair and starts crying. Here outside the hospital chotu is crying. Di finds him and goes near him.

ANTRA DI: Chotu...

                He looks at Di and Hugged her. Both sits like this for long time. Both are hurt and shattered. Di doesn’t know how to console him and Chotu also don’t know how to control all things. Noor Aapa and other come at hospital and see chotu and Di are sitting on stairs of hospital and crying. They all come there.

AAPA: Antra...chotu tum do no yaha...

ISHU: Didu aap aur bhaiya ro kyun rahe ho?

                Antra Di and chotu looks at them. Antra see Aapa. She hugged her and starts crying. Aapa parted and looked at Di.

AAPA: Kya hua? Aise ro kyun rahi hai?

ANTRA DI: Aapa vo...Papa...

AISHA: Kya hua? Kya kaha doctor ne?

                Antra looked at ishu. She signals chotu to takes ishu inside. Chotu nods.

CHOTU: Ishu chalo andar chalte hai...

                Ishu nods and dono hospital mein chale jaate hai.

LIZA: Di bolo naa baat kya hai? Hume dar lag raha hai...

AAPA: Haan...Antra bol naa...kya hua? Doctor Sahab theek hai naa?

                Di nods in No.

AISHA: theek nahi hai...kya hua? Kya kaha doctor ne?

ANTRA DI: Ayu Papa ab kabhi theek nahi honge

                Aisha holds Di and turns Di to her side.

AISHA: k...kabhi theek nahi ho sakte matlab? Di aap kya bol rahe ho

LIZA: haan di... agar yaha treatment nahi ho sakti toh kahi aur karvayenge

ANTRA DI: unka ilaaj ab nahi ho sakta Lizu...Vo jaa chuke hai hume chod ke

AAPA: Kya....

                     Aisha and Liza are hell shocked. Aisha looked at Di.

AISHA: Di yeh Aap...Di yeh kya bakwaas hai? Aap bhi naa...koi aisi baatein karta hai kya?

ANTRA DI: Ayu yahi sach hai...

AISHA: Nahi Di...please bolo naa ki aap sirf majak kar rahi hai...Di please...Di...

                Antra cupped her face and nods in No.

ANTRA DI: Koi majak nahi hai Ayu...

                Aapa, Liza and Aisha’s eyes become teary. Ayu and Liza hugged Di. Aapa wiped her tears and go near girls.

AAPA: yeh waqut aise himmat haarne ka nahi hai...chalo chup ho jaauo aur andar chalo...Bhabhi kaha hai? Unko pata hai?

ANTRA DI: Nahi Aapa...Samj nahi aa raha kaise kahenge unko

AAPA: Batana to padega naa...himmat rakho aur chalo

                Charo andar jaate hai. All comes near OT. Sakshi, chotu and Ishu are there.

ISHU: yeh lo Didu bhi aa gayi...

                Looking at Aisha and Liza...

ISHU: Kya hua hai? Sab ro kyun rahe hai? Yaha sakshi di bhi ro rahi thi...ab Ayu Di aur Liza Di bhi ro rahe hai...

AAPA: Kuch nahi hua Ishu...

                Aisha comes near Sakshi and looked at her with teary eyes. Sakshi nods in No and wiped her tears.

CHOTU: Mumma

ANTRA DI: Mein unhe leke aati hoon

SAKSHI: Di mein bhi chalti hoon

LIZA: Papa...

                Antra looked at Chotu. Chotu nods.

CHOTU: Chalo mere sath...

ISHU: papa waha andar hai? Mujhe bhi milna hai papa se chalo...

                Aapa hold his hand.

AAPA: Nahi...kahi nahi jayega Tu...Yahi ruk samja...

ISHU: lakin Aapa mujhe papa ko dekhna hai

SAKSHI: Nahi dekh sakte ishu...

ISHU: Kyun?

SAKSHI: Meine kaha na nahi dekh sakte...Aap good boy hona...Di ki baat nahi manoge?

ISHU: theek hai. lakin aap mujhe baad mein milvauoge na? mujhe unse baat karni hai.

                Sakshi’s eyes become teary. How the hell she can tell 6 year old kid that now he never can talk with his father. Tears escaped from her eyes but she manages to nod.

SAKSHI: Aapa Aap Ishu ke sath ruko

                Aapa nods. Sakshi and Antra went to find mummy. Chotu takes Aisha and Liza in OT.

[MUMBAI]

[ETF] 

                    All are busy in their work. Shree see the Tv and starts the news channel. news channel is showing Kashmir's news.

REPORTER: Abhi abhi pata chala hai ki Srinagar ke jaane mane doctor Ashok kaul ki blast mein death ho chuki hai.

                     All are showing the news.

REPORTER: Ambulance se unko abhi abhi hospital laaya gaya tha aur hume news mili hai ki Unhe death ghoshit kar diya hai... Dr. Kaul sirf Acche doctor hi nahi ek bohat acche insaan bhi the... Unke aise jaane se unki hospital ka staff aur log bhi utne hi dukhi hai jitna unka parivaar

               Shree switch off the TV. All becomes Upset.

SAMEER: Blast mein ek aur beksoor ki jaan chali gayi...

SHREE: Pata nahi Unke parivaar pe abhi kya bit rahi hogi... sab kaise honge? 

RIYA: mein toh itna wish karti hoon ki bhagwaan unke parivaar ko iss situation se ladne ki shakti de...

            They thought about this for sometime and then start their pending work.

[IN ONE ROOM]

                Nurse is applying bandage on mummy’s head.

MUMMY: Aap please doctor sahab ko bulaiiye naa...

NURSE: haan madam abhi bulati hoon

MUMMY: Dr. Kaul ko...

NURSE: Haan bas abhi bulati hoon

MUMMY: jaldi bulaiiye aap

                Sakshi and Antra comes in room. Both come near Mummy. Mummy looks her.

MUMMY: Antra papa ko bula do jaldi se

                Nurse also comes near Di and Sakshi.

NURSE (To Di): Meine dawayi laga di hai aur Patti bhi kar di hai. Ab aap inko ghar le jaa sakte hai.

SAKSHI: Thank you.

                Nurse went out. Di holds mummy’s hand.

MUMMY: bula de naa unko...bula de...

ANTRA DI: Mumma papa nahi ra...

MUMMY: nahi aaye naa ab tak?

                Mummy gets up from chair.

MUMMY: bahar curfew laga hai...unki biwi ko choat lagi hai aur vo hai ki puri duniya ka ilaaj karne mein lage hai...aree humari bhi koi Zindagi hai yaa nahi... (She smiles) aur aaj to humari anniversary hai. unhe yaad to hoga naa...aree mein bhi naa kal to unho ne wish kiya tha...vo saans lena bhul sakte hai lakin anniversary kabhi nahi bhul sakte...lakin vo aaye kyun nahi abhi tak...tu bulana unhe...phone...haan phone...tera phone kaha hai...unhe phone kar...puch kaha reh gaye vo...

                Di and Sakshi looks at each-other. Mummy’s condition is very worst. She didn’t want to listen anything. Mummy looks at sakshi and goes near her.

MUMMY: Tu unki ladli hai naa...teri baat maan lete hai...tu unhe phone kar...tu kahegi to jaldi aa jayenge...Aaj pura din vo mujhe date pe le jaane wale the...aur dekh ab khud gayab hai...

                Sakshi hold her from shoulder.

SAKSHI: Mumma Papa nahi aayenge...vo nahi rahe...

MUMMY: sakshi kya kar rahi hai phone kar naa...

                Sakshi shakes her and again said in loud tone.

SAKSHI: Mumma papa nahi rahe...vo hume chod ke chale gaye...

                But mummy didn’t give any response on this. She said,

MUMMY: kab tak nahi aayenge vo...mujhe unhe anniversary ka gift bhi dena tha...tujhe pata hai vo mujhe kal gaana gaane ke liye bol rahe the...vo meri wali lines lakin mene nahi gaaya tha...kahi vo naraz toh nahi ho gaye? Iss liye nahi aa rahe...lakin kitni der naraz rahenge unki geeta se...

                Di comes near Sakshi and mummy. She turns mummy her side.

ANTRA DI: Mumma aap suno humari baat...Papa kabhi nahi ayenge

                Mummy smiles and holds Di’s hand.

MUMMY: Tujhe pata hai Antra meine unke liye na ek pocket watch liya hai...jab hum mile the tab unke pass waisa hi pocket watch tha. Lakin vo toot gaya tha. Yeh naya waala bohat accha hai...vo kabhi nahi tootega...vo watch dekhenge to yaad karenge ki meri geeta, mere bacche mera wait kar rahe honge...aur dode chale aayenge.

                Mummy looks at her hand.

MUMMY: kaha chala gaya vo...

                Mummy starts searching on desk and in room. Sakshi and Di look at each-other helplessly.

SAKSHI: Mumma kya dhundh rahi ho aap?

MUMMY: Vo pocket watch kaha chala gaya? Mujhe unhe gift karna hai...pata hai special order diya tha mene uske liye...ghar pe...ghar pe gir gaya hoga...chalo ghar pe jaake dekhte hai.

ANTRA DI: Mumma ghar pe...

                But mummy headed to the door. Antra and sakshi also went to door side. Doctor comes there.

DOCTOR: Jaauo beta...inhe ghar le jaauo...kya pata ghar jaake vo theek ho jaaye

                Antra nods. Trio went out of the room.

[AT CORRIDOR]

                Aisha, Liza and Chotu come out of room. Trio looks very heart broken and hurt. Ishu went to Ayu and hold her hand.

ISHU: Ayu Di papa kaha hai? vo bahar kyun nahi aa rahe?

AISHA: Ishu vo papa...(she is in dilemma ki usse kahe yaa nahi) Vo papa...Papa aa jaayenge...unka ilaaj chal raha hai naa...papa theek ho kar jaldi aayenge

ISHU: Mummy bhi papa ke sath ilaaj karvane chali gayi hai?

AISHA: nahi ishu...Mumma yahi hai...humare sath... humare pass...vo kahi bhi nahi gayi hai

ISHU: To vo humse milne kyun nahi aa rahi?

LIZA: Vo bas aati hi hogi Ishu. Di and sakshi Di gaye hai naa unko lene...

ISHU: Thank god. Mummy Papa ke sath nahi gayi...Agar dono sath ilaaj karvane jaate to humari to band hi baj jaata hai naa Di?

AISHA(Angrily): Ishu kya bol raha hai? kuch bhi mat bolo samje

                Aisha runs away from there.

ISHU: Mene aisa kya keh diya jo Di rone lagi

                Liza hugs ishu.

LIZA: Kuch nahi Ishu.

                Mummy,Di and sakshi come there. Mummy didn’t pay any attention to others and keep walking.

CHOTU: Mumma...

ANTRA DI: Abhi tum sab ghar jaauo...mein papa ki body (she stops as vo aage bol nahi paati, she took deep breath to calm herself)...Tum sab jaauo...Mumma ki halat theek nahi hai

                All nods and went to home. Di stays there to claim body for last rituals.

[AT HOUSE]

                Others reached at house and open the gate. Police are there for investigation. All went towards garden. Police seal that area. All are looking at that place and remembering best memories they spent there. Aisha and Sakshi looks at Mummy.Mummy is looking at garden. they go near her.

AISHA: Mummy dekho kya ho gaya...

MUMMY: Aaj kisi ne garden ki safai nahi ki? Yeh Noor bhi naa koi bhi kaam time pe nahi karti hai.

                And tears roll down on Aisha’s cheeks. Mummy looked on floor and bent down.

OFFICER: Ma’am aap kisi bhi cheeze ko nahi le sakti...Ma’am...

                But Mummy picks the pocket watch she bought for papa as gift. Mummy checks it.

MUMMY: Aree yeh to ruk gayi hai...Sakshi dekh yeh to bandh ho gayi...Mein unko bandh watch kaise gift karungi...Isse theek karvana hoga...Yeh theek karva ke le aa...

                Sakshi takes watch in her hand.

SAKSHI: Mumma yeh toh toot gayi hai...yeh kisi bhi tarah se theek nahi ho sakti...

                Mummy watch leti hai.

MUMMY: Time kabhi rukta nahi hai...vo to chalta rehta hai lakin dekh naa iss mein to abhi 9 hi baje hai...aise kaise ho gaya...Ayu tu dekh...

AISHA: haan Mummy yeh toot gayi hai aur kabhi bhi kaise bhi theek nahi hogi

MUMMY: Mujhe unhe gift karna tha....ab kaise karungi...

                Sakshi looks at Aapa. Aapa takes her inside home.

CHOTU: Chalo Ishu...hum bhi andar chalte hai

SAKSHI: Ayu...Liza tum dono mummy ke pass jaauo...mein officer se baat karke aati hoon

                They also went in home. Sakshi talks with officers. They advice her to not live in this house. Officer left for some work and sakshi is still standing there. Her phone rings. “Mami” is flashing on her phone. She picks the call.

MAMI: hello sakshi...Kasi hai tu?

SAKSHI: Mami vo...

MAMI: Accha Jijaji hai kya ass pass? Kal raat Didi se to baat kar li thi lakin Jijaji nahi mile...Ho toh unhe phone de...warna phir mujhse naraz ho jayenge

SAKSHI: Mami vo papa...

        Hearing sakshi’s low tone Mami gets worried.

MAMI: Kya hua sakshi? 

SAKSHI(sobbing): Mami papa nahi rahe...

                     This is a biggest shock for Mami also.

MAMI: kya? Jijaji...

                         Sakshi can’t hold her tears and she disconnects the call. Phone fall from mami’s hand...Mama who is sitting near Mami, looked at her seeing her in shock.

MAMA: Kya hua Reshma?

MAMI: Jijaji...Jijaji nahi rahe...

MAMA: what? Kaise? Kab hua yeh sab?

MAMI: Didi aur bacche naa jaane kis haal mein honge...suniye hum chalte hai naa Kashmir...

MAMA: Tum jaane ki taiyari karo...mein tickets dekhta hoon

[AT HOSPITAL]

                Di completes all formalities and finally gets permission. Di goes in room. Papa is lying on bed. Again tears escaped from her eyes. She sits beside him.

ANTRA DI: Kyun Papa? Kyun kiya apne aisa? Aap Hume chod ke aise kyun chale Gaye? Apne humare baare mein ek baar bhi nahi socha? Hum kya karenge ab? Kaise rahenge apke bina?

                She starts crying uncontrollably. Sometimes later her phone rings. She picks the phone.

MAYANK BHAI: Good morning sweetheart. Baki baatein baad mein chal jaldi se Mummy Papa ko phone de...Mujhe unhe wish karna hai.

                Antra is sobbing. Bhai listen it and asks

BHAI: Kya hua Antra...Ro kyun rahi hai?

DI: Bhai vo papa....Bhai papa hume chod ke chale gaye...

                Then Antra tells him entire incident. Bhai is also crying.

BHAI: Tu mujhe ab bata rahi hai?

DI: Bhai hume kuch samj nahi aaya...Mumma bhi theek nahi hai...Vo kuch sun hi nahi rahi hai...

BHAI: Mein jald se jald aata hoon Antra...tu tension mat le... Sab ka dhyan rakhna mein jaldi aaunga.

DI: Bhai vo...

BHAI: Bol na

DI: Vo doctor ne kaha ki hum body ko zyada der nahi rakh sakte aur preserve karna bhi possible nahi hai...Blast ki wajah se...iss liye hume rituals jaldi khatam karna padega

                Bhai becomes upset.

BHAI: Iska matlab Papa ko ek baar dekh bhi nahi paunga...

DI: Bhai please sambhaliye khud ko

BHAI: Tum sab last rituals finish karo...mein itni jaldi nahi aa paunga....lakin mein jald se jald aane ki puri koshish karunga

DI: Ji bhai... ab rituals toh ho jaayege so aap please set up kar ke hi aaiiyega taaki baad mein Aap yaha reh paauo

BHAI: Theek hai... sab ka aur apna khyal rakhna

DI: Ji bhai

                She disconnects call. This side sakshi tell Aapa that officer tell her to not live in this house so Aapa suggest sakshi to live at her home for some days. Sakshi agreed. Di calls Aisha and informs her about last rituals. Mummy’s condition is very worst and no one have enough strength to tell Ishu about papa so Aapa takes ishu and mummy at her home. Other brother and sisters went for performing last rituals.
