Waise bahot kam bb winners hain jinhone kuch achieve kiya ho exceptionally well. I somehow think that the winners trophy of bigg boss is kinda cursed... i feel that the number of contestants who didnt win the trophy but are successful is way more than those who won.

For example vikas gupta, hina khan, amit sadh, sunny leone, tanna, hiten, kv, upen patel, even manu, sapna, mona are relevant for that matter in their continued engagement with their audience, all these people have shone if not before then after bb!

However many winners have faded away, rahul roy, ashutosh, juhi parmar, gg (yeah hate me for it, but i dont remember seeing him in anything memorable), manveer, shinde... many big names here too, but they are mostly known for their journeys till bb, not afterwards..

Only successful winners i can think of are Shewta Tiwari, gauhar and prine...

bigg boss trophy will not bring any success. its their behavior, personality & talent shown in BB house will bring either success or downfall.

Yes.. It brings.

They get money, recognition.

Which they were not having earlier.

So from their point of view, they got profit 👍🏼

Not at all. And favored winners have biggest downfall as seen in case of Manveer and Shinde.

I think success is a relative term and may not mean the same thing for everyone. In this case, being and working in the entertainment industry.

I feel if they invest the prize money well, and are able to make money from that money and lead a better life that they were before, it’s automatically a success.

If tomorrow Asim wins and decided he wants to move abroad or even if he chooses to stay and use that money to maybe open a gym and not work in the entertainment industry, Id still consider him a success.

Apparently he's gonna be in the next Salman movie.

But ya, you have a good point. In many ways BB is like an audition for future jobs. If you're respectful, charismatic, popular, overall good on the show then you win! Trophy is sorta secondary, look at Vindu's current halat lol. And someone else made a good point that the heavily favored winners seem to get success even less because maybe in people's minds they'll think this person does too much politics behind the scenes, or something.

Even the good winners haven't been very successful if you think about it. Gauhar did some music videos and hosted a show and I wouldn't anyway call it a success and she did Jhalak even before BB.

Shewta did Comedy Circus and won it too along with a few TV soaps but she is a gorgeous woman and quite a good actor herself. BB win defo earned her a few more fans but I don't think she would have been done n dusted without BB.

It's a momentary phase which could be used to an image makeover e.g. Hina went from the Star Plus bahu to the babe and it worked in her favor as she wore good clothes, created a fashionista image & looked stunning on screen.

It's your personality that decides your future not the trophy
