Hes not good looking. Just a very familiar ordinary face. People usually connect to ordinary looking actors because they can relate themselves to the movies and actors, like how Alia, Shraddha and all who are average looking are popular amongst all. 

Regarding Vicky, he had the boyish charm, the sweet next door londa wala feels. (I don't know about now thou) but I really liked him during the Raazi and Masaan days. I recently watched his Netflix movie and he was the sweet guy with that cute smile and all that just makes your heart swell. Currently he is just overhyped due to URI. I wish he goes back to being that chocolate boy who a girl crushes than a guy who crushes everyone. Like him more as a romantic hero than a action hero.
