Ranbir that called his pregnant wife fat, controls her by not let wearing red lipstick and already have  rumors of cheating months after the marriage and says Animal is a great love story he wants? If that is a green flag I don't want it. Ranbir is way worse than Abhi. Abhi is insecure, Ranbir is a horrible man who treats women like crap. 

Ranbir stays praised for doing the bare minimum, imagine taking pics as some praise worthy award. That is how bare minimum is expected from him.
