That's biryani?  It looks like Tawa Pulao.  But even Tawa Pulao has more veggies actually, ismein to kuch bhi nahi rice ke alawa

it's weird to hear a vegetarian Nepali and Bengali, yes they exist, and in large numbers actually, still it feels so weird.

They do exist but not in large numbers I feel. Nepali vegetarians are mostly grandparents or people who come from highly religious family. 

Apart from the grandparents, I have barely met few Nepali vegetarians of my age group. Its not so common, at least of whatever I have seen. Even if they don't eat any other meat, they will definitely eat goat meat or chicken 😆
