ok so girls i got to know now itself ki malhar doesn't know ki kalyani ke saat kya hua, he wasn't there in that scene it seems. 

i got hyper thinking ki uske saamne ithne kuch hua and he said nothing and in fact i thought he purposefully let it happen revenge ke chakkar mein

What's the point? I mean... if he gets her out of jail knowing those charges are BS, and then once she's home starts mistreating her himself for revenge again, I guess she was better in jail. In both cases she'd be getting punished for stuff she didn't do.

actually main dekhna chahti hoon ki woh ayisa karne kya wala hai revenge lene keliye

agar usne sach mein kuch galat kiya kalyani ke saat then jo hum ne discuss kiya all tho points will be right. and even i won't have any regrets for thinking like that. 

agar usne sach mein abhi bhi ithna hi bura kiya kalyani ke saat the ek ek word jo hume use kiye woh sach hoga.
