Got PM's from some users n current issue on forum might leads to lots of reporting. So we better follow rules . Makes this forum healthy.

Having been receiving PM's of people telling about forum atmosphere , so mods can step in anytime and actions can also be taken against those who breaks rules account BHI shayad ban milega so isliyeh I thought to share it her
