Honestly my fav ep thus ar, I hope they keep this up, I love that they have this tom and jerry relationship,but seem to be seeing each other's different side, they were really cute and the more romantic esque scenes were perfect for where they are at the moment in their journey. I know they said their love story won't happen so soon but I like what they are building at the moment,I'm interested to see where they go from here next week after going through all this. What I also like was how it wasn't just ishani and sid who cares to save the little girl, it was other hospital stuff as well. Rishab turned out to be a lap dog for vardhan, was shocked that vardhan would send that girl to her death basically because of his greed since he also has a daughter himself.  Loving Sidishas chemistry. 

I am loving how Sid-Ishani relationship is building. I love the fact that they keep their fights aside when it comes about saving a life. their scenes were so subtle and beautiful. Its neither friendship nor love but is vary raw & organic. Something beautiful. I hope they show their journey in beautiful way as they are doing.

Exactly,that shows professionalism, that they keep their difference aside when It comes to saving a life. I love how you put,its neither love or friendship, it's somewhere in between and unknown and I can't wait to see how that unfolds,it's definitely different type of dynamic but it was natural and raw like you said. I hope it will be slow and detailed journey for them falling in love. Also I wonder when they will have a couple thread on the Forum

Yes lighting in x-ray room scene could have been a bit better as it was quite dark and not clearly visible. Hope they work on lighting

Fab review, nonu! Really liked yesterday's episode. It was very interesting to see how Sid and Ishani would save Sanya's life. Also, they are capturing my heart as a pair too. ❤️

DR.Shashank: doesnt matter agar Dr.Sid ne bachi ko dekh liya hai toh woh usey bachane ki puri koshish karenge

Loved how much Dr.shashank trusts Dr.Sid and Dr.Sid didnt let him down he saved thd girl indeed 

Overall the episode was amazing waiting for more good episodes in the future

I am also so loving clash between Mr Vardhan and Dr Ishani. So Mr Vardhan knows that Dr Ishani belongs to very wealthy family so want to keep her. hmm interesting 

Vardhan is not full on black but at his place what he is doing is somewhere right but as a doctor its their duty to treat every patient without any difference.

Dr Anjali insecurities are growing and looks like soon she will blast on Dr Juhi.

Today we saw all three ideologies. 

Mr Vardhan who is businessman wanting to earn money and keeping Sanjivani reputation intact, so he dismisses Sania treatment and sends her away.

Dr Sid wanting to help every needy and poor, takes the routes of jugaad (which is coming from his past as his uncle was denied of treatment due to money) and will do anything to save the patient. Also as a doctor as he said hippocratic Oath he takes very seriously so whether that girl is normal patient or terrorist daughter, she deserves treatment.

Dr Ishani who also keeps her patients above like Dr sid and as a doctor want to save that girl. This has also become personal because she sees herself in sania, little girl standing alone scared in front of public who wanted to kill her because her parents breaking rules led to deaths of many. 

She fights her past with all means and wanting to be good doctor with simple straight uncomplicated method & in her defense to prove that she have dedicated her life to being a good doctor. We only see top layer cracks but it seems to be deeply installed. She wants to do it right way and searches for senior doctors. Also it was rule breaking on Rishabh and Vardhan part as in first episode Dr shashank said treating a patient is what first priority & rule. 

Elsewhere even Dr Juhi and Dr shashank are in favor to treat the girl.

I loved how many people of Sanjivani from guards to nurses love Dr sid and also Dr Shashank trust that he will try to save the girl.

Dr Ishani is seeing different side of Dr sid now. Loved Surbhi-Namit acting. It was very natural in all scenes today. Both believes actually same belief about doctors "problems pe focus karne se problems aur bad jati hai, opportunities chahiye to possibility pe focus karna chahiye"

Now waiting to see that how this "Dilwalo ki team" does the surgery tomorrow.

No. Surbhi talked about how Ishani's parents were wronged. Just like how Pooja's father was by someone in Ek brahm.
