Why there are a lot of flatchested actresses these days?

There is not one actress who’s not flat chested in BW these days except Tara and Disha. Why don’t star kids try to become curvy and busty rather than looking like skeletons

Tara is flat chested too . 2000- 2009 had the hottest actresses with the likes of  Neha Dhupia,Celina Jaitley, Udita Goswami etc
