I like anthologies in reading, usually it is hard to create the same interest in short filming because there is less time to convey meaning, however this one was well executed with good portrayals of everyday events and issues. I liked it even more than parts of BT.

Most real life events do not have a thunderous happy ending nor a tragic end, things just happen and humans machinate and roll with life and it's waves. This film captures everyday life in India in a very global and nuanced way I found it to be very clever writing well executed and realistic, the performers all did an awesome job with no over acting, as there was no need they were not into glorification, but simply letting the story tell itself. I am happy to see the Hindi film industry and it's actors when it shows signs of maturing and concentrating on content, that allows the audience to think and ponder consequences and the results of actions. Proof that there is ample material that goes beyond commercially tried and true. It is a wake up bell to start coming up with fresh material.

This one is a recommended watch on a day when you are looking for more than peppy fake and impossible action fights or when you need re-affirmation that not all questions have answers or at least no easy resolution.

I recently binge-watched all seasons. After friends, this is my favorite sitcom. It never fails to bring a smile to my face.

I love Sandy Cohen...I wish wake up in OC parallel universe where Sandy Cohen is my father (one of the best tv characters all time fosho) and I am Seth's sister.....talking completely hypothetically ofc and believe me I've considered the consequences of being stuck in a cinematic reality enough....that's a disclaimer there! Ooh I could be friends with Kaitlin...i obviously refer to S4...totally out there but right up my alley. Unlike most I actually loved Marissa and I even liked the Johnny storyline...he and his puupydog hair and love for Mischa..So cute ❤

Marissa was a train wreck though no doubt and I like where they took it in S4. It was obvious everyone knew this is the last season anyway so why not! Ridiculously self aware...thats S4 so out there!

Karnan : Good , I expected something else it was decent , good experience and Dhanush has been doing good with asuran , vada Chennai etc .

Joji : fun movie , nothing out of ordinary, but a good decent flick, Fahad fazil was enjoyable.

Mersal : it was okay, like watching radhe type movie.

Maharshi : bad, I expect better masala film from mahesh babu , but this didn't deliver at all , pooja hegde is a hotness, need more of her as mainstreaming bollywood.

Alu Vaikunthapurramuloo : nice masala family movie, batla Allu is good at what he doing, pooja hegde is babe

The master : great fun and enjoyable, vijay and sethupati is cool , like watching two stats colliding , songs and bkgrnd score hype the movie

November story : don't know why it gone underhype, a reall good thriller with black comedy filled in it , Tamanna and character make you hook up , only 7 episodes do watch it.

Drishyam 2 : didn't liked it, watch only last 40 minute of it , the whole story is there and eventually protagonist is made superhero Sherlock Holmes who predicted everything and every step that's going to happen in 5 years and faces no obstacle , dumb shit

Radhe : decent one time watch, should had just copied original and it had been great, but what to do lol , watch it for hotness ki dukan disha

Ok computer : Funny and eccentric, should definitely watch it , Vijay Verma hold your attention all through the 4 hours , radhika Apte is good.

Family series no gaali etc .

Pagglait : just an ok movie , could have been so much , end up fiZzling out .

Ramprasad ki thervi : with so many good reviews,expected a lot , didn't deliever , one time watch definitely, with so many talented artists like konkana etc and story there were so much opportunity, didn't go really big,just end up okay.

Sandeep pinky farar : very good start , nosedive by the end, decent performances nothing exemplary.

Dibakar tries but can't sustain interest by the end.

Army of the dead : one time watch to see zombies explode , though could have been much more with the story premise.

Forensic : south movies are going like south korea industry many thrillers serial killer type story.

It was good if you like this genre, time could have been reduced but definitely watchable

Wild dog : Nagarjuna , terrorist plotline , expected story but it was good , fun watch.

Nice action and story flow, and entertaining.

Woh meri student hai : what's the point of making b grade movie with no b grade scene , bad.

Mumbai saga : my god this was bad , emran John hammed up with their shouting etc , boring.

Falcon and winter Soldier :garbage personified.

Story, dialogue everything is a joke, winter Soldier is nerfed down made a joke, villain is a child, ending monologue is laughable and only good character is forcefully tried to be anti hero

Wandavision : starts good ends real bad, a villain is made a hero , watch first three episode and stop watching

Roohi : rajkumar, varun sharma scene are good and laughworthy anything with jhanvi is cringe max , just ffwd her scenes.

Silence : one time watch good investigation Movie could have been written more intelligently though

Anwar ka ajab kissa : best, Nawazuddin is great, but only for niche ppl

Dark has effectively ruined tv for me. I don't know if I will ever find anything good enough to watch now ever...

I was surprised though that people were assuming it to be a psychological thriller right till the last season. I had no trouble with the temporal paradoxes....it only put into words ideas for me, accepted ongoing literature around the illusion of time and space, concepts I had already thought about all my life... Btw I only recently found out that the Infinity movies had some time travel elements....haven't watched them yet. No I don't watch superhero movies...the only ones I watched were Spiderman, Bale's Batman and Iron man.....irrelevant may it seem but I will clarify in a bit. My point was about time (travel) in general and general people's exposure to it and their ideas or concepts of it. I can imagine how the Infinity movies depicted time travel...I really can and that and generally with Back to the Future or say a Looper....I mean you can tell how they may have shaped the concepts of time (travel) that the masses hold true and drive their expectations.

Especially the idea that it's something that superheroes only could achieve or as a mythical concept otherwise irrelevant to their mundane existence.

Dark puts it at the heart...everybody in the town of Winden can time travel...you just need to be a loner that likes to hang out in the woods...o discover the temporal passage...though surprisingly few people actually do that in Winden or IRL (Yes got called out a weirdo again last night)....but anyway leaving the tangent

A boy Eric goes missing in Winden and the police is predictably clueless. Then the head of police Ulrich Nielsen's son Mikkel goes missing in the woods while out at night looking for Eric's hidden stash of dope with his sister Martha, brother Magnus, Martha's boyfriend Jonas, Bartosz and Franziska.

As event unravel we find out that Mikkel had found a passage in the caves in the woods that took him to 1986 from the present 2019. The question wasn't where is Mikkel but when is Mikkel. Every 33 years a time travel wormhole opens or the trajectories of the stars and planets return to their original position every 33 years. That "pesky" 33 again. Back to the Future had 30 years...Dark gave us 33. Is that why the elites are obsessed with the 33? Pick up any news item and watch the magic of the number 33. Voila! 😆

So Mikkel is actually Jonas' father Michael. But that's not all. Charlotte is Elisabeta's mother and daughter.

3 different aged versions of Jonas try to change events in their timelines. Oldest Jonas Adam forms Sic Mundus Creatus Est. His aunt Martha forms a rival in a parallel mirror universe Erit Lux. At this point unlike most time travel movies where advertently or inadvertently one tries to change a single event to influence their timeline, the characters in Dark rummage about in the dark with little information or changing motives and aims as new information becomes available to them...sort of a parable about human life itself.

Adam wants to destroy first the time travel passage, then to trigger or prevent the apocalypse in different time loops....At this time of course he uses the God particle for all his time travelling needs while Eve has a more advanced and portable little sphere to switch between timelines and universes.

The names Adam and Eve point to the origins of Christian theology. Adam wants to destroy human existence...the endless cycle of births and deaths that "man" got cursed to endure when Eve ate the Apple. Eve wants to preserve the worlds.

Blood lines and timelines....as a certain Roth would say "all I care about is bloodlines".

This is a terrible review of the show btw. I have a bunch of unique answers on dark on quora(more A2A than acceptance)...concepts most apparent yet inaccessible to the herds...under another assumed identity. Anyway if interested do read up better reviews of Dark. It's not for everybody though. Although like the matrix movies that "unreach" may propel dark some more...who knows....

Haven't watched dhruvangul

Mayawan : was good, the concept is little schlocky but it was fun and the twist makes up for whatever issues one had.

U turn : was like mediocre, didn't like samantha acting , even in rangasthalam she was giving mediocre performance in front of ramcharan ,

The twist didn't worked for me , it had good interesting first half but fizzled out by the end.
