The chased girl helplessly falls on the ground and asks forgiveness.
She addresses those men as veerji, which means brother. But within the next scene the girl screams "Geeet... and scene shifts indicating that the girl is being killed.
Rano addresses the woman as sister in law and replies that there are no issues with Geet. She further expresses how ecstatic she is because the groom's family who are settled in Canada, is coming to see Geet. She only wishes the alliance to get fixed.
Rano's sister in law says with displeasure that it's only going to happen if Geet is going to be present.
Rano informs that Geet is in college to which her sister in law fumes by saying it's time for Daarji(Geet's grandfather - head of the family) to return. Before that Geet should come back home.
Part 2
Next, the bell rings as Geet's college is being shown. There comes a beautiful young girl with a huge smile on her face. She is wearing her sky blue uniform with a white stole. She dances with the passerby on the road and reaches the market.
Another young girl is seen there while she is enjoying all the roadside foods. And we get introduced to Geet's cousin sister Rajji.
Rajji expresses how she is very worried about her upcoming math exam which is tomorrow and today they have Lohri festival in the house. She fears that she would be failed in the exam
Rajji goes back home where she is being asked where is Geet. Being afraid Rajji sees their tailor master and instantly makes a lie that she went to see the tailor master for Dolly who is Brij's wife.
Rupindar kaur, the mother of Brij and Geet's aunt says that if Brij finds out all this he will not leave any them.
And there, Geet is running in between the fields, where, seeing a red scooter she calls out someone as Titto who is her younger cousin brother.
Titto complains that Geet is five minutes late. As Geet apologizes and she says they should hurry up to reach home. Titto teases Geet by saying that she is in a rush because the Guy from Canada is coming to see her. To which Geet objects by saying she doesn't want to go to Canada and her scooter speeds up at a good pace.
Part 3
Scene shifts to a temple where an old man with two other men is busy praying. The old man sees Ranjit who is the father of Geet's friend Channi. He asks Ranjit how can his daughter fall for some chotelal's son, hinting towards the lower cast issue.
Ranjit addresses the old man as Daarji while expressing his grief but Daarji scolds him by saying he should have kept an eye on his daughter. He advises Ranjit to make Channi understand and if that doesn't work then give a beating or two.
Meanwhile, a woman comes crying and informs Channi is nowhere to be found. She is Channi's mother who weeps for her child as Daarji tells them to rush and save Channi before it's too late.
While passing by Channi's mother sees some guy and slows down her pace and both shares a stare. The background music suddenly grows into a tense vilified one.
Soon that same guy along with his trails joins Daarji and the other man standing there. He is introduced as Brij.
Seeing Channi's brother accompanying Brij, Mohindar asks what he is doing here when his sister is missing.
Channi's brother answers that Channi is no longer associated with them as she has tarnished the name of their family.
Mohindar gets shocked and Brij shoots a statement towards him that if Geet will do the same then what would be his reaction?
Part 4
As all this is happening, Geet is seen running her scooty with a fast pace. Her white stole/dupatta swiftly flies away in the air and sticks to some mini truck. She is appalled and says how will she get home without the stole.
Next, she chases the mini truck which stops suddenly due to encountering an upcoming car. The sudden break of all the momentum makes Geet stumble on the truck and she slides on the road inside some haystacks.
All the poultries in the mini truck rambles as Geet hastily stands on the ground and pulls her Dupatta out.
A guy climbs out from the same car which stopped seeing all this to help a struggling Geet. As soon as Geet notices his presence she feels extremely shy as she is without her stole.
Barely his spectacles were becoming visible when a shy & startled Geet runs away leaving the stole behind.
Now that she doesn't have her stole she is dead worried how she will return home escaping so many eyes. Especially if someone notifies Daarji that she was roaming around without her stole then what consequences are going go be in her fate.
