They are going to shoot on the streets of delhi so it would have been impossible to keep her look under wraps. Instead of people doing everything possible to leak it they released the look officially. In my opinion its a great move.

Gully boy had a post production of around 10 months post completing the shoot. Maybe its the same with this one...editing takes time.
