I just rewacthed the scene, if u watch properly..the scene was written well and acted well as well but edited out very bad. at first Kunal seems shoked saying yeh kaise ho geya? like itni jaldi thing.then when mishty comes to face time he is smiling at her only, even radhika and kunal both r smiling, from side profile his smile is there in scenes.. but the moment he sees the engagement his face turns pale
