And only this AL study part is weird in SL
The medical faculty studies are awesome
I mean we have a hospital for each university so that during our study period we alone get a chance to mingle and diagnose the disease of patients on our own.
Other countries don't have this kinda facility.
But entering medical faculty is a Himalayan task
