Samaina OS : Woh Ek Raat

           It was bright thursday morning. Everybody in the agarwal house was busy with the engagement preparations. Decorations lighting gifts food everything seem to be perfect. It was nearly 5 pm in the evening Preeti was busy dressing up Naina in saree. Naina had worn a bright red saree with matching golden jhumkees with light subtle make up. A light golden necklace just gave her the right bridal look. 

    "Perfect" exclaimed Preeti " Ekdum sundar dikh rhi hai par yeh kya teri ankhon mei aansu kyu hai ... Dekh meri mehnat kharab na kar itne ache se taiyar kiya hai maine "

         Though Preeti knew the reason behind those tears yet she wanted Naina for herself to confess 

         "Voh main Sam... sameer k bare mei soch rhi thi ek haftey se college nahi aaya pta nahi kaisa hoga kya hua hoga" sighed Naina 

           Preeti replied abit bluntly to this "Tujhe pta bhi hai tu kya kar rahi hai teri sagaai ho rhi hai aaj Sharad se aur tu is time sameer k bare mei soch rhi hai jisey tu 3 mahine pehle chod chuki hai...  Ab kyu fikhar ho rhi hai tujhe uski bol ...  Jab voh tere aage almost gidgida raha tha tb toh tujhe khayal nai aaya uska aaj chinta ho rahi hai 

... Waah  .. Madam sagai hogyi na aaj teri toh uske bare mei sochna paap hoga...Samjhi tu"

       Preeti's words really hit her hard and she started sobbing loudly...  Seeing her sister all broken preeti held her tight by her shoulders and spoke" Tu yeh sagai krke galat kar rhi hai sirf apne aur sameer k sath hi nhi balki Sharad k sath bhi ab bhi waqt hai ruk ja warna 3 zindagiyan brbaad ho jayengi ." 

      Naina questioned her annoyingly "Kya karu tu hi bol kon sunega meri dher ho chuki hai bhut "

       "Koi dher nhi hui hai bhaag ja tu abhi isi waqt  jo hoga dekha jayega" exclaimed preeti 

      Though she had given up on her love for her family's sake yet feelings for Sameer never died. She was longing to meet him... see him... touch him and apologize to him for her wrong behavior. Preeti's idea as if brought back her life.

     "Kya aisa ho skta hai Preeti..  Agar haan toh main taiyar hu bahut tadap liya khud aur usey bhi tadpa liya ... Parso jab Sharad ne mere pass aane ki koshish ki toh mujhe ehsaas hua ki Sameer k alawa yeh haq mai kisi ko nahi de skti ... Is shadi se sharad ki zindagi bhi barbaad ho jayegi isey acha hai ki mai yeh shadi na karu ."

     On hearing Naina's words Preeti hugged her sister in excitement "Main toh kabse samjha rahi thi tujhko but koi nahi dher se hi sahi tujhe akal toh aayi ... Ab dhyan se sun zyada time nahi hai humare pass Sharad ki family aane se pehle tujhe niklna hoga... Ghrwaley sab niche pandal mei taiyario mei busy hai ... Kisi ko pta nahi chalega...  Main niche jakar mauka patey hi ishara karungi toh tu nikal jayio .. aur is shawl se apne aap ko thik se dhak liyo ..ley" saying so she handed Naina a long black shawl to cover her up.

   Naina who was now determined  to take this step yet a fear clouded her mind what if Sameer didn't accept her back. She spoke to Preeti about this" Voh sab toh thik hai par agar jiske liye bhag rhi hu usney bhaga diya mujhe toh main kaha jaungi. .aur taiji unko jab pta chalega ki mai bhag gyi toh mujhe zinda jala degi." On seeing her sister worried Preeti tried consoling her "Sameer ko tu mujhse behtar janti hai voh dunya bhula skta hai tujhe nahi ... Jakar baat kar maafi maang sab thik hoga ...Aur rahi baat taiji ki toh by god bachpan ka sapna hai mera ki hum mei se koi bhag k shadi karey kya chehra hoga Unka dekhne layak ."Both the sisters started laughing thinking about taiji's reaction. Preeti hugged her sister tightly for the last time and wished her good luck "chal mai niche ja rahi hu jaise hi ishara karu aajio... Apna khayal rakhna. Auto se jana paise wahn almirah mei rakhe hai" saying so Preeti left the room in search of a perfect opportunity.

    Half n hour later Naina managed to sneak out of the house she boarded the auto and went straight to Maheshwari house where she met Ramdhari who informed her that whole family except Sam is out for a wedding and will be back next day and Sameer was at their farmhouse for a short vacation with Munna and Pandit as he wasn't keeping well from past few days .On Naina's insistence he gave her the address to the farmhouse .It was already 9 pm when the auto halted at the gate of farmhouse .She got out paid the auto and looked around.  It was a small farmhouse with greenery  all around as it had drizzled a little while ago she could feel the freshness of air with small water puddles around... It was so calm so serene that she could hear the sounds of crickets chirping . As she was about to enter she met Munna Pandit at the gate. On seeing Naina initially both of them were angry and were not in a mood to allow her to meet Sameer but later after lot of cajoling they both agreed . Munna  politely spoke "Voh wahn garden mei baitha h mil lo tum usey humse toh baat krta nhi jao tum koshish krke dekh lo... Hum chaltey h ...ab tum aagyi ho toh humara kya kaam... Khayal rakhna humare bhai ka ." Naina nodded her head in approval. Munna Pandit decided to give the couple privacy so that they can sort out their differences and leave from there. 

   Naina slowly began moving towards garden area where Sameer sat on small rug in front of the bonfire with his back facing her ... lost in his own world oblivious to Naina's presence near him.  She slightly placed her hand on his shoulder "Sameer "she spoke in almost inaudible tone. Strangely Sameer didn't react at all. She called out his name again this time a little louder but to her dismay he still didn't react. She chose to settle beside him. For few minutes both of them silently kept staring at the lit fire in front of them.

    "Ab kya karne aayi ho yahn aaj toh tumhari sagai thi na" spoke Sameer breaking the awkward silence between the two.Naina knew that it won't be easy to pacify Sameer this time. He was too hurt with her one sided decision of separation. But on her way to farmhouse she had decided that she would definately apologize for all her wrongdoings but won't force him to take her back.  This time she will give him the chance to decide for both of them. Though she had full trust on Sameer and their love but still if luck didn't favour her this time she would silently leave and start her new life somewhere else as of now she can't go back to her family and honestly she didn't want to go back because she knew going back means to marry Sharad but it was not acceptable to her.She had firmly decided no man other than Sameer can be her husband. She had no clue how she would manage things all alone but still she believed she would find some way out after all "Koshish Karne walo ki kabhi haar nahi hoti"

     "Maine tumse kuch pucha kya karne aayi ho" .Sameer's words brought back Naina from her reverie."Hmm voh mai... mai tumse maafi maangne aayi hu sbkuch chod k " was all Naina could manage to say when her eyes fell on Sameer's bandaged right palm "Yeh tumhare hath ko kya hua...Chot kaise lagi" she inquired with concern clearly visible in her voice .She tried to caress his hand gently when he jerked his hand away and replied with a sarcastic smirk on his face " Aaj achanak itni fikhar kaise... waise bhi yeh chot us chot k aage kuch bhi nahi jo tumne mujhe di hai ... Kya hua ladka pasand nahi aaya  jo yahn chali aayi aur ab maafi maangne ka natak kar rahi ho suna hai bda CA hai tumhari so called apni family ne chuna hai."  

    Tears droplets began to roll down Naina's cheeks on hearing his harsh words .Before she could manage to say something in her defense Sameer came closer to her and whispered in her ears"CA wagerah toh thik hai dikhne mei kaisa hai aakhir hone wala pati hai toh chuaa bhi hoga na usney tumko...  Bolo kaha kaha .." before he could complete his sentence Naina pushed him away and stood up angrily "Kya bkwas kar rahe ho dimag thik hai tumhara ... Mana tum gussa ho..galat kiya maine...Iska yeh matlab nahi ki jo muh mei aayega ulta sidha voh bologe ... Kahi nai chuaa hai usney mujhe samjhe aur apni yeh ghatiya soch apne tak rakho.. Yeh sawaal mai bhi tumse puch skti hu na jab pure college k saamne tum us Sunaina k sath bike par ghumte they kya pta akele mei kya kya kiya hoga" saying so she turned and began to weep bitterly. Though Sameer wasn't expecting such a rude reply from Naina but still he felt a strange satisfaction when she cleared that she didn't share any physical intimacy with her fiancee. He had continuous nightmares ever since he came to know about her alliance where his blood would boil seeing Naina in someone else's arms. 

    When Sameer didn't respond to Naina's allegations she wiped her tears and turned to face him where she caught him with misty eyes. Naina realised this was Sameer's love for her which was coming out in the form of bitter words and he didn't mean it that way.She thought how come all these 3 months she was so ignorant towards his pain ... That pain which was now visible in his words in his eyes..did she really love him she questioned herself ...if yes it isn't the time to give up. she knelt down and lifted his wounded hand brought close to her mouth and kissed it very gently "I am sorry Sameer...  Pls mujhe maaf kar do."  Sameer tried to withdraw his hand back but she didn't leave "Naina hath chodo mera tumhare ghrwalon ko aur hone wale pati ko pata chala toh kya hoga janti hona"

    Naina smiled on hearing his words and cupped his face in her hands and forced him to look into her eyes. "Haan pta hai mujhe kya hoga par mujhe dar nahi uska kyunki tum sath hoge toh sambhal hi loge sbkuch yakin hai mujhe tum par" she replied very politely. 

     Sameer was still in no mood to relent and stood up with a sudden force and spoke in somewhat frustrated  manner "Itna asaan hai kya Naina tumhre liye yeh sab ... Jab mn kiya toh rishta tod diya aur jab mn kiya toh jod liya aaj tum apni marzee se mere pass aayi ho kal ko tumhare ghrwaley tumhe lene aayenge toh kya tum phir mera sath de paaogi... Tum toh bol dogi kon Sameer mai nahi jaanti isko ... aakhir buzdil hona tum yehi kaha tha na tumne ... Bolo hai himmat dunya k samne mera sath dene ki ... akele mei I love you bolna aasan hai Naina par sabke samne mera hath tham sakti ho tum" 

     This time Naina  had all the answers to his questions "Haan dungi mai tumhara sath sabke samne ... Usey pehle mai tumse har galati ki maafi maangna chahiti hu Sameer pta nhi kaise mujhe tumhara dard nahi dikha ... Mera parivar...  Mera dukh meri shadi...  Iske aage mujhe mere Sameer ka dard mehsus hi nahi hua ... Pta nahi mai tumhare pyaar k layak hu bhi ya nhi.. Pta nahi dobara khudse nazrein mila bhi paungi ya nahi..  Par is baar faisla tumhara hoga ... Mai bas tumhari maafi chahiti hu ... Tum apni zindagi mei wapis mujhe accept karo iske liye mai tumko force nahi karungi ..par mai is guilt k sath nahi jee skti ki maine tumhara dil thoda ...  Shyd Sunaina... " before she could complete her sentence he kept his finger on her lips "Ssshhh kuch nahi hai Sunaina aur mere beech meri zindagi mei kal bhi tum thi aaj bhi tum ho aur aane wale kal mein "...He paused and looked at her tear ridden eyes which were staring at him in a hope... a hope that he would say her name "aur aane wale kal mein bhi tum hi hogi ... Tumne apni galti Ka ehsaas hai yehi bahut hai mere liye .. Kaash yeh vishwas tumne mujhpr hamesha rakha hota par koi na abse humdono ko sbse pehle ekdusre par vishwas krna hoga .. Vishwas ki chahe jo ho jaye hum ekdusre ka sath nahi chodenge aur haan isbaar tumne naa kaha toh kasam se zabardasti ghr se utha laaunga samjhi "saying so he smiled at her. Naina's face lit up with his response "Uski zarurat nhi padegi kyunki main khud bhaag aayi hu ghr se " and let out a soft laughter. Sameer inched closer and wrapped his arms around her waist and buried his face in the crook of her neck. He asked nuzzling his nose in her neck,"Is saree mei bahut khoobsurat lg rahi ho...aise jaise mere liye hi taiyar hui thi ... shadi karogi mujhse? "Naina blushed profusely on his direct proposal. She stepped back and turned her face away unable to meet his heated gaze. Sameer pulled her towards him with a jerk and she landed directly on his chest placing a hand behind her back for support as he nuzzled her neck again "Bolo karogi ...  Pyaar se haan kardo nahi toh janti ho tum mujhe."Naina who could now hear his erratic heartbeats clearly ,had relaxed herself in his arms "Hmm karungi...  Pr humdono k ghrwale Sameer unko pta chala toh" sighed Naina. 

      "Pyaar krne wale kbhi darte nhi Naina tumne hi kaha tha na .. Mama mami mujhse bhut pyar kartey h unhe mai mna lunga pr hum shadi k bd hi ghr wapis jayenge mujhe tumhare kadoos baap pr bharosa nhi h zara bhi...dundh raha hoga tumko isey pehle humare bare mei pta chale mai tumhe apna bna lena chahta hu... Hum kal hi pass k mandir mei shadi karenge... Aur abse tumko apne pati ki padai ka dhyan bhi rakhna hoga." Naina lifted her head and gave him a confused look. Sameer understood her confusion "Arey baba ab shadi kar raha hu toh zimmedari bhi badegi na padai aur nanu ka buissness dono samblne h... Main nahi chahta koi mere pyar pr ungli uthaye ki josh mei shadi toh kr li pr ab apni biwi aur uski zaruratein bhi puri nai kar skt ... Aur phir tumko writer bhi toh bnana h Mrs Maheshwari " and winked at her flirtaously. Naina smiled at his assurance and realised how lucky she was to get such a guy as her husband who not only loved her but was responsible towards her. 

     Slowly he bend down his head ,his lips against her cheeks brushing lightly, Naina tried to stop him "Yeh sab shadi k baad aur kahi taiji ko pta chala na ki mai shadi se pehle tumhare sath aise toh kha jayegi voh humei "saying so she started giggling. Sameer annoyingly replied "Arey tumhari taiji ki izzat ki elaichi toh aaj mai koot kar rahunga abhi is waqt... ab tum meri hone wali biwi pehle ho unki batiji baad mei ... Yahn na hokar bhi mere romance ki band bajane mei lagi hai... Chup raho ab tum." Before Naina could protest further he pressed his lips onto hers.

 He stroked his tongue inside her mouth, deep, greedy for more of her, all of her. She tasted like honey he couldn't soak in her softness,she too returned the favour with equal intensity. He ran her fingers down her spine and she too burried her hands in his black silky hairs.. They kissed each other hard... all the pent up desires their longing to be with each other overpowered their senses. Finally they broke apart panting trying to catch their breath with their foreheads still touching and Naina still tightly wrapped in his arms. Sameer spoke in a teasing tone "mmm tum bhi acha khasa kiss kar leti ho mujhe laga mujhe sikhana padega par tum toh tez nikli bahut." 

     "Tum bhi se kya matlab hai tumhara Sameer" inquired Naina ." Voh Su.. "before he could speak Naina hit him hard on his shoulder "Tumko toh mai btati hu himmat kaise hui tumhari." Sameer started running around with Naina behind her " Idhar aao kaha bhag rahe ho ab darkar. "  Sameer tried to defend himself  "Arey baba mazak kar rha tha...  Shaant hojao ... mera bhi aaj first time tha."

      After 10 minutes of playing the chase game Sameer finally pulled her in another tight hug and assured her that no other girl can take her place in his life. Sameer lifted Naina in his  arms and took her inside to continue with their love excursion... off course before marriage  .With the nasty breakup 3 months ago Naina and Sameer's life got surrounded by a strange darkness which snatched away every happiness for their lives but this night was different it brought back all their happiness . This night would remain special to both of them as it promised the brightest sunrise of their life ahead.
