FYI Adultery law was never in women's favor .Only the men had right to sue their wives lover.
1st triple talaq then 377 and now 477 (because wives are no properties of their hubbies ) . Supreme court is doing a fine job we should respect

So where did I mention that women should be or are a property of men?
All I said now that they know they wouldn't be held guilty (No matter it is a man or woman ) when one cheats in a relationship, cheaters are free to cheat on their significant other without any kind of fear of punishment. 
And adultery is adultery. Law should not favour the one who commits it.But good thing is now it's equal .Either punish both or none.
Unfortunately, the court wouldn't care how much the innocents would suffer mentally coz of those cheaters ..wish they come up with a law where the cheaters has to pay for cheating on their wife/husband.
They shouldn't get the best of both world.

The law was like Husbands can sleep with whomever they want but if their wives sleep with someone then they can sue their lovers .
Adultery is not a crime in Firs world countries . Now India decriminalized it .It is a ground for Divorce which is very fair .No1 should live with their partners who cheats on them
