The scene is basically of Preeta and Karan getting confused about their feelings.
Background : Karan and Manisha's roka ceremony. Preeta gets jealous of their closeness and questions herself.
Scene opens with Preeta bandaging Karan's injured hand. He is lost in her concern too much

Karan comes to senses looking at his hands

Her words' hurt Karan directly on his heart. She was not ready to accept his feelings breaking his heart.
