Whys the precap shown in the hospital?

I wonder if one of the parent's have had a heart attack hence why Adi also there?

Or Arshad got hurt and to prove a point she places his ring on there??

I say crap because it was so harsh on adi and awful as a viewer to witness.

Maybe someone call zoya n inform that something happen to adi so that she won't get engaged n accept her love.may be adi did it but then he is already paying the price of the prank.

Everything is happening according to hitler abbu.so there are less chances of anything related to him

My worst fear is adithya might have done some prank to convince zoya that he is hurt so she runs towards him in hospital...but I really don't want that to happen...waseem drama will be better...

I don't think it's Adi's prank ..I think perhaps Anjana might pull something on Zoya ..

she might tell Zoya that Adi called and told her he's in the hospital and is injured ..and she might somehow send Adi to the hospital too ..Zoya and Arshad might rush to the hospital leaving behind their engagement only to find Adi hale and healthy ..and zoya will think he did the prank call type of thing again ..and in her anger put the ring on Arshad!

I also doubt its Adi. It can be Anjana. That lady is pure evil!!! She claims to love her son but in real her so called love is an obsession to keep him m solely hers. How can a mother be so churail!!!! Lets see, we'll find out tomorrow whats the real story. How much longer Zoya will do this? Will she really wait till the nikkah??? Common Zoya!!! Pyar kiya toh darna kya!!!
