Maan nods

G-There ferones hormones exchange and they communicate to check if they could make healthy babies or not

He look at her wide eyed ki Japanese kyun bol rahihai

Maan thinks that’s what he said too...one thing leads to another and babies get made… Geet pata nahi kya bol rahi hai

G-tch no no! Its compatibility and diversity of genes to make healthy babies

M-healthy babies? We take care baby healthy

He says putting his hand on Geet's tummy

G-tchhhhhh! Darwin’s theory, gene mutation. That’s why we get attracted to some people and don’t get attracted to some. I was just watching a documentary on that when you were away

Jab se puke kiya tha uske baad ka bilkul uda hua hai

Maan uthke breakfast banata hai

Newspaper padhne ki koshish karta hai par sab tair raha hai aakhon ke saamne. He was in pain

He stiffens for a moment ki ye kya...itna kya boldiya

But then feels ki jo bhi bola theek hi bola hoga

He pulls her hands and makes her sit on his lap

M- Good morning

G-How are you feeling?

 She asks touching his nose tip to hers

M- I am good. A bit...woozy I guess…I'll be fine after I eat. You are in very good mood; what did I say last night?

G-My stupid drunk...

She says lovingly twisting his nose

M-And what did the stupid drunk babble about?

He says smoothing her hair, running his hand all over her scalp and neck with a gentle massaging motion

She pouts

G-You don’t even remember?

M-Not really... I was drunk. I remember asking you to stay...mostly that’s all I remember

G-ooo my man can’t handle alcohol

M-You want a man who drinks? I can start learning to handle it..

She hits him playfully

M- Batao... do you?

He holds her chin

G-Stop it....kaam hai...

Geet uth jaati hai

M-oh kya kaam hai?

He says smiling playfully at her

M-Pehle meri baat suno... it’s more important. I don’t know what I said yesterday or what I didn’t say yesterday but I do want to say some things to you. I don’t want you to leave... not this house...but my side.I really do want to spend my life with you, and I am willing to wait however long necessary ... for you to want the same... I would even ask you to marry me right here and right now.... but I won’t coz I am till not settled. I till have unfinished business which I need to take care of... but nevertheless I want you to know that I love you

Geet looks down and hugs him

Maan kisses the top of her head and hugs her back

G-If I say...I don’t want to wait and want to capture your everything

M- I'll beg you to wait for a while then...I know it seems silly to propose in one line and ask to wait in another but I want to wait till I have relocated back to where my family is... settle down and have a steady life. I don’t want to live in this City anymore. Nothing about it appeals to me except meeting you here

G-How much I have to wait? 10 yrs? 15 yrs ? 20 yrs?

M-2 months max
