Salman Khan to launch a new talent Zaheer Iqbal with a film which is said to be a love story set in Kashmir. The leading lady opposite him will also be a new face and will be finalised in the next few days.
Salman Khan might be busy with the promotions of his upcoming film Race 3 but that doesn't stop the superstar from launching new talents. Salman is well known for launching newbies if left impressed with their work. Earlier, he was the one who launched Daisy Shah and many others into the movies. Lately, he is launching his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma with the movie Loveratri.
Yesterday, Salman shared a throwback picture from his young age holding a kid in his hand and left us guessing as to who will he be launching. Guess what? The guessing game finally comes to an end. Salman is launching a newbie, Zaheer Iqbal, who is a close family friend. Salan first spotted Zaheer at his sister's wedding function and that's when he decided to launch him.
Salman's banner SKF (Salman Khan Films) is producing the film along with Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde of Cine1 Studios. The untitled film will go on floors in September this year and is being directed by Nitin Kakkar of Filmistaan fame. The film is a love story set in Kashmir.
