Alexander met these women in following order. He married 3 of them- Roxana, Stateira II(Barsine) and Parysatis.
Campaspe: Citizen of Larisa in Thessaly. She may have been a mistress of Alexander between 342 -336 BC. She was one of the first women with whom Alexander was intimate; Aelian even surmises that it was to her that a young Alexander lost his virginity.
Barsine: Barsine was a daughter of Artabazus(nobleman), and wife of Memnon(Darius' Greek Commander). After fall of Damascus in 333 BC and Memnon's death, several ancient historians have written of a love affair between her and Alexander. She was a mistress of Alexander and had a son with him called Heracles in 327 BC.
Barsine: Barsine(Stateira II) was the daughter of Darius III. After the Battle of Issus in 333 BC, Darius fled leaving his family, and the Macedonian army soon captured his family.
Although many captured Persian women were treated brutally, under Alexander's orders Stateira, her mother, her sister Drypetis, her younger brother, and their paternal grandmother, Sisygambis, were treated well and allowed to retain their social status. Alexander eventually married her at Susa weddings in 324 BC as his second wife.
She was murdered by Alexander's first wife, Roxana, in 323 BC.
Parysatis: Daughter of former king of Persia Artaxerxes III( Darius' cousin). Captured along with Barsine after battle of Issus after 333 BC. Also married to Alexander in 324 BC. Also murdered by Roxana in 323 BC.
Roxane: Daughter of a Bactrian nobleman named Oxyartes, who served Bessus, the satrap of Bactria and Sogdia. After Bessus was captured and executed by Alexander, Oxyartes and his family continued to resist the Macedonians at the mountain fortress-The Sogdian Rock.
However, they were eventually defeated by Alexander in 327 BC. Alexander reportedly fell in love with Roxana on sight after capturing the Sogdian Rock. Alexander appointed his father Oxyartes governor of Hindu Kush region.
He married Roxana in 327 BC despite the strong opposition from all his companions and generals. Thus, Roxana was the first wife of Alexander. But soon after marriage, Alexander went for his Indian expedition, leaving Roxana at Susa. He also promoted her brother to elite cavalry of his army.
After Alexander's sudden death at Babylon in 323 BC, Roxana murdered possibly pregnant Barsine(Stateira II), Drypetis and Parysatis to remove competition for the throne.
Olympia protected Roxana and her son(named Alexander IV) till 316 BC before being killed by Cassander ( the man suspected to have poisoned Alexander the Great in conspiracy theories). After that Roxana and her son were imprisoned by Cassander. In 310 BC, Cassander poisoned Roxana and her son and cleared his path to become the king of Macedonia.
