 Dont think there are rules against it... Many shows have shown kiss scenes... Maryada, mahi ve, bade achhe lagte hain, kaise yeh yariyan, etc... Kiss scenes are shown as cheat kiss scenes mostly due to audience sensibility I think...

Cuban Revolution!!! Oh...Che Guevara n ol!! So not a typical I enjoy reading durjoy,Ravinder,chetan bhagat guy(no offense to anyone out here...just take it as a joke)
