It's Shraddha Kapoor's birthday today. The
actress, who turns 31-years old, made her
Bollywood debut as a protagonist with the
2011 film Luv Ka The End, though she had
made a brief appearance in the 2010 film
Teen Patti, has now created a steady fan
following of her own. The actress shot to
fame with her character of Aarohi in the
2013 film Aashiqui 2 with Aditya Roy Kapur.
Shraddha is also one of those actors who've
turned singers in Bollywood. She has
created her own identity among her fans.
Though, she has films like Aashiqui 2,
Haider, Ek Villian, ABCD 2, Baaghi, Half
Girlfriend and others in her kitty, not many
know that she had once rejected a film with
Salman Khan.
Shraddha had got the offer of working with
Salman at the age of 16 years from the actor
himself, but she had declined the offer. What
actually happened was that Shraddha was
doing a play in her school back when she
was 16.
It was then that Salman happened to spot
her talent and got mighty impressed with
her. The actor went on to offer her a film
with himself then and there. Turns out that
Shraddha wanted to concentrate only on
her studies at that point of time so she
politely rejected the offer.
Now Shraddha Kapoor is a popular actress
in the industry. She will soon be seen with
Baahubali actor Prabhas in Saaho. The
actress is currently shooting for her next
titled Batti Gul Meter Chalu with Shahid
Kapoor.
