Mehraab is still fumbling his way towards his redemption but the key point is that he is on his way. The moment he realized what a stupendously f**ked up situation he had created in his haste and blind love for his brother, Mehraab immediately put the blame where it actually was - on his own self. He didn't make any excuses or didn't take any steps to sort out the mess..his guilt was prompt and so were his actions. That doesn't mean he still didn't screw up cuz lol the man needs to evaluate and analyze the words coming out of his mouth but at least his intentions were right. He was actually thinking about safeguarding Mirha and not his own self. He was, rightfully, ready to take the heat for the whole situation because he knew that the whole tamasha happened because of him in the first place.

Arham infuriates me. He's such a child!!! Not the cute kind of a child. But those annoying, tantrum throwing, refusing to see sense kind of a child. I can't believe that his first reaction seeing Mirha instead of his "Meena" was literally him huffing away in anger cuz she wasn't the right girl. And what was that whole, "Main Meena se mil kar janna chahta hoon ke wo kya feel kar rahi hai!"?!?! BRUH!! THE GIRL LEGIT GOT KIDNAPPED!! WHAT DO YOU THINK SHE MUST BE FEELING?!?!
And that Chachi!? Astagfaaar!!! For one moment in the last epi it felt like she actually cared a little about Mirha but nope. That selfish woman can't think beyond her idea ke Mirha isn't the "right choice" for his aasmaan se utara hua beta. It boiled my blood seeing her lock one girl out of the house and the other girl inside the house. Manhoos aurat! :@
Thank god at least Rushna knew what happened to Mirha. She can be annoying at some occasions but most of the times when it comes to Mirha, Rushna is the best bet. As seen in the precap she will bajaofy Arham and acha hai! SOMEONE NEEDS TO!! Khair..it sucked to see her being locked in that storeroom crying to her sisters to just help Mirha.
Mirha..my child! She doesn't deserve all this. What hit me the most was her line that it was already difficult for her to live in that house and now things just became worse for her. Jaisa bhi tha, ghar tha. It was her sanctuary. Even if Chachi treated her like trash, at the end of the day Mirha was living in that house with izzat. She didn't have any outside threat to worry about. But now that very house was being taken away from her..of course she'd cling to the door and beg to be let in. Ghar pe akhir ko sab sahi ho hi jaata hai. Magar ye manhoos darwaza bhi nahin khula. Mehraab can give her the biggest house and most generous living expenses but he can't give her the safety of a home. The tahafuzz and izzat that were Mirha's only true belongings. Sigghh...I hope she doesn't get to be more tortured after this event. The girl desperately needs some light in her life!!
P.S Did anyone notice how Mehraab overheard Mirha's name but after that he kept calling her by her name only? I loved that!! This is how I know he doesn't want to make any more mistakes. Pehle hi mistaken identity ke chakkar mein itni gand phela chukka hai..ab no more!
