I don't know but I found way too much parrallel to Suryaputra Karna

Karna was given to Adirath as an infant while Puru as an infant came to Ripudaman

Adirath had one son Shon while Ripudaman has one son Hasti

Both Adirath n Ripudaman left their original place of abode and went to stay somewhere in disguise

Adirath's wife disliked Karna while Karna loved her the most Ripudaman's wife dislikes Phri while he loves her more than anything

Karna 's love interest Vrushali was the daughter of Suta king (,the community with which Adirath and family lived) while Puru 's love interest is Lakhi who is the daughter of Dasyu king n queen (the community with whom Ripudaman and family live)

What is your opinion people

I think these plots are way too common, hence they keep on repeating.

And besides SPK was highly distorted. I think Radha loved Karna deeply. Hence was known as Radhey. I don't have confirmed facts on Vrushali so that could be another imagination. Also I don't think Adirath left his place of residence after getting Karna.

Now talking of parallels, it has more to do with Bahubali & Maharana Pratap.

Bahubali :

Sivagami (Ripu) saves newborn A.B. (Puru)

He later returns to the kingdom, presently in clutches of his brother Bhallaldev (Kanishk) aided by his evil father (Shivdutt).

His mother Devasena (Anusuya) is miserably treated and he saves her.

Bamni is alive here but virtually dead, he sees nothing into the affairs of kingdom and there's so much on without his knowledge.

Maharana Pratap :

Pratap (Puru) has two step mothers Dheerbai (Pritha/Shivdutt) & Sajjabai (Kadika). DB hates him to the core & Sajja is too weak to take a stand. His Mom Jaiwanta (Anusuya) leaves him in his childhood and DB manipulates her absence and makes everyone hate her.

Now he has a love interest who is the princess of a very small clan, named Ajabde (Laachi). They both are childhood friends and love each other. Comes in another powerful kingdom princess Phool (Stateria) who wants to win his love. They sacrifice their love initially for matrabhoomi but eventually end up together (Laachi will supposedly sacrifice her love for Puru in the interest of Paurav Rashtra - acc to spoilers). Pratap's arch rival Akbar (Alex) loves Phool and wants to get married to her.

Ripu is more like Rawatji who trains him and considers him his own son more than his real father.

And yeah! The lead had a worthless brother, completely girlish, Jagmal (Kanishk). His father makes him his successor due to his mother's influence. But he eventually goes on to be the King with support of the ministers and public.

There's more in the finer parts but these are the major ones.

You are right Adhirath and Radha loved Karna more than their own sons, all their sons died in Mahabharat battle just because Karna wanted them to fight, he was the decision maker and Vrushali is definitely a later addition (not of SidT though, she made her first appearance in Mritunjay of Shivaji Sawant)

About the pointers you mentioned in MP, there was a major difference, that Pratap knew who his real mom was, he had a useless half brother but even he was a dignified member of the Rajyasabha, We can somehow draw an analogy but here in SPK and Puru everything is just copy paste

The reason I made this post is that both the shows were of SidT and he gave replica back stories to both his heroes. People do takes clues from here there (like the instances you gave,) but for SPK and Puru and like replicas

^Yup, there's no denying that. Since SPK was mere fantasy than mythology, I'll take this as original history 😆

All producers copy paste content in between their shows.

I hope it doesn't go the MP way, that was too much of a drag and a lot of heartbreaks in between

I feel there will be diff in both shows, bamini dint appoint kanishk as next king on influence of kadika ( i dont think she has any influence on bamini unlike anusuya ) mostly bamini dont had any other option , but i feel after puru's entry everything will change, specially changes will be in bamini

Alexander dint conquer Persia coz he was interested in stateira, his marriage with Persian sisters were political, Roxanna is always said as his luv interest.

Puru laachi r not on luv path yet , i mean they dint realise it yet.

We still dont know barsine is negative , grey or positive chaeacter, Darius can use her 2 divert puru from his path.,as he offered barsine hand 2 alexander
