Is Accusing Someone of Kissing Before Truth'sOut Character Defamation?

I think it is.

Does Vikas being a probable bi-sexual make him suspect to that he "must have" kissed Akash from whatever camera angle has been available until now? Because Akash is a man? So a bi-sexual man will randomly go around taking liberties kissing any man or woman? They are lusty and lack character? They can sexually molest?

Because, I don't think this is how the narrative would have evolved if a straight guy had been "exposed" at the same camera angles.

I can understand if this is the truth and actual footage says so and I am ready to eat my own words if that is the situation. If Vikas truly kissed him, it is a violation, whatever the incitement. But not a single viewer of Bigg Boss 11 as it stands right now today has any idea of what really happened. That is the very purpose of leaving things for precap by the makers. The nation still wants to know, still waits to know what happened... so is this not character defamation when we accusing him of forceful kissing and sexual molestation?

People say Vikas fell for Akash's trap. I would say viewers fell for the stereotypical BB trap of jumping the gun. As always. To whose expense? Vikas Gupta's.

The footage that we have so far throws together nothing of an idea of reality. We do know Akash has been accused by the HMs and the host as well of being lusty and hence awarded the "kaam" tag as well. We have seen him making advances of multiple kinds of which different HMs have spoken up as well at various encounters.

We have also seen Vikas as one of the best behaved within the house when it came to women, standing up for them, constantly conscious of their dignity.

Then, what exactly keeps us from giving Vikas benefit of doubt? Is this character defamation? I'm afraid it is.

Iam not surprised at the accusations.

He's a great player and they r trying every trick in their head to get him down somehow !

He's a big threat to the rest !

That's why they have hanged up against him now.

The kissing or no kissing will b cleared in the episode , jumping into conclusions and taking back words r a routine these days 😳

All I saw was Vikas pulling an "Akash" on Akash. But what's one more allegation eh? *shrugs*

At this point he's just a bulletin board of lotsa allegations. Toh no point even trying to talk logic here.

But in other news, Asli Mard didn't like the taste of his own medicine? When someone shows you the mirror, not so funny is it?

I have read some of your posts and you are a strong votary of Vikas.

I just saw India today report on yesterday's events.

All of us on the forum may be biased but reporters are not.

It does say he was"attempting to kiss" and was pushed by Akash.

I have seen Twitterati fulminating at whatever Vikas did.

A million eyes cannot be wrong..

How can you give benefit of doubt for resorting to violence.

If calling him out for this is character assassination I will do it a million times

Reports can be wrong too!! They also make reports based on the promo they watch! Jo diktha hain,l woh Bhikta hain! And if you watch, he wasn't kissing, he tried to get closer to threaten Akash as if he will kiss and it can be due to Akash's sexual comment. Lets just not pass a judgement that he kissed. And who would like to kiss that Kekda😕

The reporters are public too, Panacea. They don't have extra footage.

A million eyes can be wrong when we don't have evidence yet.

"Attempting to kiss" is also different from claiming that Vikas kissed.

I wouldn't have liked to bring up the issue of violence here, but anyway, how exactly would you suggest homophobic bullying to be handled? Sleep it away? Again, was the push a reaction? How much of it was a reaction? What was the nature/extent of the action that propelled it? There's such a lot of ambiguity so far.

I am not condoning violence, but I am speaking out of empathy alone for somebody who has been bullied through months.

Everyone Arshi, Hina,Shilpa have endured it.

You are not a participant to come have a holiday and be paid and rewarded.What is the line can only be decided by BB

Reporters can be wrong so too can you be.

The defendant has every right to protect himself/ herself even if the act is not committed.The law allows you to take defensive action before you are violated,harmed or murdered.

For you it may appear unfair but to a great majority the defensive action of Akash was fair and correct.

Its the most casual thing in this days defame Mr Vikas Gupta.

I am already bored with this everyday's new accusations against him. I can bet nothing like this happened if something like that happened na...tab housemates & Acash itna casual nahi reheta...BB ne bhi definitely koi strict action liya hota.

Kuch nahi tho Acash ekbar tho boltahi is baramein...but nothing like that happened . Ap tho bas aj raat ke epi ka wait hai..let's wait for the best.😳
