Prince Mahesh Babu: *SUPERSTAR*

Mahesh Babu is the son of the original Super star, Krishna Gattamaneni, and Indira Devi. He has one older brother, Ramesh Babu. He has three other sisters: Padmavathi, Manjula, and Priyadarshini. Mahesh was first seen on the silver screen as a child actor in his father's movies. He took some time off from acting as he completed his studies. He finished his B.Com in Loyola College, Chennai. Mahesh Babu made his official debut into the Tollywood industry through the film, Rajakumarudu, with Preity Zinta. With the hit of his first movie and so many more after that, Mahesh has soon claimed the spot of the "Prince of Tollywood". He got married to Bollywood actress Namrata Sirodkar in 2005. The two met on the sets of Vamsi and kept in touch subsequently after that. Mahesh and Namrata gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Gautam Gattamaneni on August 31, 2006. Mahesh Babu is no longer the "Prince" we knew him as. He is THE SUPERSTAR.
