It was in fridays episode I think. Friday or Thursday. After the hms nominated Shilpa and Arshi to go to jail, Hina was in the bathroom.

Then Arshi passed some comment on Hina and Shilpa joined in saying "All tv actors are like this". It was definetely aimed at Hina. I don't understand why Shilpa or Arshi targeted Hina that time or said this 😕
