What happened to Ameesha Patel's face?

Can someone tell me what went wrong with Ameesha Patel's face?

Age or not, she still looks so young & so good for her age! I think she would be in her early 40s atleast. She was much better looking before though. She should also change up her styling. She has awful & extremely tacky clothes, makes her look like a complete senseless socialite.

Shilpa Shetty has had plastic surgery. 

Nothing worse.Maybe its bcoz of the eye makeup.

i think water sucked out of her cheeks and therefore she is looking like a skeleton...dehydrated.
