Secondly maybe as a non fan you haven't noticed but as a fan I did and I am sure so did Fawad. It was insulting how there were zero references to him even in YouTube videos of the song that actually made it to cinemas. Months after the film released. When that's what was decided by the team and the industry then so be it. Don't mention him even now as nothing has changed even today.

Thirdly if Ranbir didn't agree with the general industry decision or Dharma's decision to cut out Fawad then he should have spoken much earlier. He need not even had spoken about the ban or politics but at least thanked Fawad for doing a guest appearance. I would have thought he is sincere at least. Even the others at least did that much - SRK, Irfan, Sridevi. Once the threat of vandalism went away they acknowledged their Pakistani costar.
