Taapsee Pannu to play a lawyer in Abhinay Deo's next?.

Taapsee Pannu is busy shooting for Judwaa
2 alongside Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline
Fernandez. The actor's calendar is full as she
had several releases in 2017 including
Running Shaadi and Naam Shabana.
Last year, Taapsee impressed everyone with
her incredible performance in courtroom
drama Pink starring Amitabh Bachchan in
the lead. Now as per a leading tabloid,
Taapsee is all set to star in her next playing
the role of a lawyer. Yes, the film will be
helmed by Abhinay Deo of Delhi Belly fame
and will go on floors this October in the city.
Talking about the film, a source close to the
development of the film stated to the
tabloid, "Taapsee is expected to kick off
prep at least a month before the shoot
commences. At the moment, the team is
looking for the lead actor to be paired
opposite her."
Abhinay's last directorial was Force 2
starring John Abraham and Sonakshi Sinha.
Now, he is completing the shoot of Irrfan
and Kirti Kulhari starrer Raita.
Currently, Taapsee is in Norway for a short
vacation and from there she will be heading
to Portugal to shoot a song sequence for
Judwaa 2 with Varun and Jacqueline.
Directed by David Dhawan, the film is slated
to release on September 29, 2017.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Taapsee spoke
in detail about her character in the movie.
She said, "They have revamped the girl's
character [in the film]. My character is not on
the lines of either Karisma or Rambha. I play
a college girl who studies with Varun
Dhawan. I am an Indian girl born and
brought up in London."
